[Résolu] installation Biopython Numpy CusProSe

Bonjour à tous,

Je suis absolument novice en Linux et j'essaye d'installer les logiciels qui me permettront de travailler sur mon sujet de thèse.
Quand je dis novice c'est que j'avais vraiment jamais mis les pieds dans Linux avant y'a 15 jours.

J'ai installé Ubuntu 20.04 sur ma machine, essayé d'installer quelques logiciels mais je pense que j'en ai mis partout en surtout n'importe où (biberonnée à Windows depuis toujours).

Je voudrais installer Biopython :

J'ai lu des trucs à droite à gauche, y compris ici dans la recherche, le forum, mais je pense que je fais n'importe quoi.

Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à comprendre comment installer ces logiciels ?

Fournis les retours de :

sudo apt update

et d'éventuels paquets cassés :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande.

sudo apt install python3-pip
pip3 install biopython

piochées dans laurentbloch.net/MySpip3/Python-et-Biopython

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi tu as une erreur de certificat SSL car ça passe chez moi.

merci !!!
je buggais un peu parce que je n'arrivais pas à utiliser biopython et numpy dans PyCharm malgré l'installation.
En fait, je n'avais pas ajouté les paquets à l'interpréteur.
Tout fonctionne, merci. (Pour CusProSe j'ouvrirai un autre post si besoin.)
