[RESOLU] Imp HP officejet 5740 - impression page blanche Libre-office
Bonjour à tous
Très novice sur LUBUNTU depuis quelques jours, je m'arrache les cheveux pour comprendre (et savoir quoi faire) face à ce problème d'impression de page blanche au lieu de mes docs.
J'ai bien lu le tuto pour donner les bonnes infos et j'espère que je j'ai bien tout fait bien ;-)
Une précision : L'imprimante correspond bien avec mon PC (impression d'autres fichiers enregistrés avant le passage sous LUBUNTU, comme un pdf par ex, ça fonctionne, un doc libre office exporté en PDF donne page blanche aussi alors que le même doc converti en PDF sur Ilovepdf par ex s'imprime bien.).

Tu es sûr que c'est un pb d'installation de l'imprimante ? Car elle imprime des PDF et depuis FireFox.
A contrario, Libre Office (qui était dans la distrib Lubuntu) ne génère même pas le PDF...
J'opterais plutot pour un pb coté Libre Office.

pas d'impression des caractères dans libreoffice.
LibreOffice export pfd ou imprimer donnent page vide !

Il est fort probable que ce ne soit pas un problème d'installation mais tu peux tenter les commandes si tu veux.

Essaie la manip suivante :
- charge un fichier LibreOffice
- imprime le en PDF
- imprime ce fichier PDF
Ce n'est qu'une astuce pour contourner le problème, mais si ça marche il faudra envisager une mauvaise reconnaissance de l'mprimante par LibreOffice
Question subsidiaire : as tu installé HPlip ?
Autre tentative de solution, désinstaller/réinstaller l'imprimante (comme proposé par grigouille en #3) : ce pourrait être Un problème de dépendances non/mal installées (peut-être aussi lié à HPLIP)
Variante : désinstaller/réinstaller LibreOffice

j'avais vu ces sujets. C'est ce que j'ai testé en premier mais je me suis retrouvée au redémarrage avec un écran noir...
J'ai donc fait machine arrière et suis venue poster ce sujet... Limite désespérée ;-)

j'avais déjà testé la manip.
Si je pars du fichier libreoffice pour "exporter en PDF, le pdf généré est page blanche aussi.
Si je prends mon fichier libreoffice et que je le transforme en pdf sur une source externe, je peux l'imprimer par la suite (du coup je pense bien à un problème libreoffice/lubuntu...
J'ai aussi la solution de télécharger open office qui est sensiblement identique à libre office... Savez-vous s'il existe un téléchargement poru lubuntu (j'ai vu pour ubuntu pour l'instant... )

J'ai pris le parti suivre tes conseils et de réinstaller l'imprimante.
Après première commande de désinstallation j'ai ça (je continue avec la réinstallation ?) :

Sauf erreur de ma part, ll n'apparaît pas clairement que tu sois sur Lubuntu en relisant le message #1; il y est plutôt mentionné Ubuntu 20.04 dans les retours ?
Aussi, les retours au message #14 semblent anormaux; dpkg devrait être installé par défaut et tu devrais au moins avoir la structure de base pour les « snap » ?

Donc à aujourd'hui, j'ai réinstallé l'imprimante. Problème identique de page blanche sur fichiers libre-office.
LUBUNTU : J'ai une page d'accueil qui est identifiée comme telle "LUBUNTU 20.04". Je ne sais pas s'il y a une autre possibilité de le détecter dans les paramètres mais j'ai de bonnes raisons de croire que c'est bien une version light notamment la capacité à l'accueillir de mon ordi ;-)
Entre mon premier message et celui-ci j'ai fait des mises à jours selon le topic suivant comme indiqué en #16 mais je ne sais plus ce que j'ai fait d'autre avant pour être sincère... Je ne crois pas avoir changer quoique ce soit.
