[RESOLU MERCI JEJE64]Résolution 1280x1024 impossible à mettre !!!

Bonjour à tous

J'ai essayé de mettre la résolution 1280x1024 pour mon écran plat de 17 pouces, mais je n'y arrive pas, pourtant, j'ai essayer toute les manipulations dites dans la documentation !! AIDEZ MOI SVP !!

Salut.
Dans la section :

Section "Monitor"
    Identifier    "Écran générique"
    Option        "DPMS"
    HorizSync    28-51
    VertRefresh    43-60
EndSection

supprime les lignes :

    HorizSync    28-51
    VertRefresh    43-60

et redémarre X en faisant Ctrl + Alt + Backspace.

J'ai eu ça sur une config et en supprimant ces lignes c'était nikel.

sur mon pc, s'il n'y a pas la fréquence du moniteur, le server X ne démarre pas

D'ou vient cette différence ?

Non je ne pense pas que ça ait de l'importance pour Linux, mais d'après ce que j'ai pu lire, il faut définir les valeurs HorizSync et VertRefresh lorsque le matériel n'est pas reconnu correctement.
J'ai du les définir une fois pour un poste équipé d'un vieux Gateway 21". Ecran qui ne court pas les rues ...
Et sinon, c'est quoi comme écran (marque, modèle)

bein c'est un samsung 172x

Mais il me le reconnait un écran générique lorsque je fais un pdkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

C'est pas bien grave, ça fonctionne, je voulais juste comprendre la diffénrence de configuration.
