glxinfo me délogge

Salut
Quand je tape glxinfo, l'ecran s'éteint et je revient à la fenetre de connexion.
Mon install est "fraiche".
Déjà lors de l'installation, j'ai dû lancer le live-cd en mode sans echec car le mode normal ne me donnait qu'un écran noir.
Après avoir remarqué que les économiseur d'écran étaient très lent, j'ai voulu voir si l'accélération graphique était présente, mais la commande glxinfo me delogge systématiquement.
Le gestionnaire de pilote propriétaire me dit: "Votre matériel ne nécessite aucun pilote propriétaire."
Je sais pas si ça peut être utile mais la commande "lspci | grep "VGA"" me renvoi : "01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV280 [Radeon 9200 PRO] (rev 01)". Sur la boite de ma carte graphique, c'est écrit :"radeon 9250, 256mb ddr"

et voici mon xorg.conf au cas ou ça pourrait aider mon futur sauveur:

Bonsoir,

Dans la section device, remplace vesa par radeon puis redémarre le serveur X

Cela devrait suffire.

Sur le wiki c'est écrit comment installer les drivers pour ton ati.

bon, j'ai enlever fglrx et j'utilise maintenant le pilote radeon. glxinfo ne me delogge plus, mais je n'ai toujours pas d'accélération 3D

Pour les drivers proprio (plus performants pour la 3D) : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/materiel/ati_proprietaire

Avec ça tu devrais avoir la 3D sans problème
