Pb Résolution lancement XGL

Bonsoir,

Voilà actuement je suis en driver ATI proprio + XGL. Tout marche parfaitement (meme beryl marche uaii!)
Sauf que je suis bloqué en 1024x768 (pour un 19'' c'est pas top !) alors que mon écran peux largement suporter un 1600x1200 (c'est un DELL M991). Si je rajoute la résolution 1600x1200 ou meme 1280x1024 dans mon xorg.conf, la fenetre de connexion est nickel (Bonne pixélisation aucun pb avec X) Mais dès que je lance ma session, rien ne se passe et je suis déconnecter de ma session au bout de 10 secondes avec le petit message comme quoi rien ne s'est passé. (Je n'est meme pas le petit écran gris disant que XGL est lancé).

j'ai moi aussi un problème de résolution sous edgy car j'ai installé un 19' dont la résolution est de 1400 x 900.

j'ai utilisé la solution de la documentation qui permet via "le modline " d'appliquer la bonne résolution:

Sinon je ne sais pas si c'est normal, mais pour mon écran j'ai deux nombres pour "HorizSync" et "VertRefresh":

HorizSync         30-81
VertRefresh       56-75

Or dans la documentation dell http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/m … c/spec.htm
il y a les nombres suivants

VESA, 1600 x 1200      93.8      75.0

ainsi que ceux-ci:

Fréquence de balayage horizontale: 30 - 96 kHz (automatique)
Fréquence de balayage verticale: 50 - 160 Hz (automatique)

Dans les deux cas ce n'est pas les nombres que tu utilises, donc tu devrais te servir des derniers pour ton modline.
