[Résolu] Multi écrans et Intel i915G
Bonjour à tous,
bon, je me lance à modifier mon xorg.conf pour que mon portable puisse fonctionner sur la télé et sur 2 écrans. Ca m'embète d'utiliser windows pour le faire
C'est ma première modif de xorg.conf
Pour ça, je m'appuie sur :
man xorg.conf
Mais c'est en anglais

Je commence par 2 écrans, genre Dual-Desktop
Déjà, lorsque je branche mon second écran au démarrage de X, le bureau s'affiche...
J'ai compris qu'il fallait avoir une section Device, une section Monitor et une section screen pour chaque écran...
Pourquoi faut'il plusieurs sections Device ?

Pourquoi faut'il plusieurs sections Device ?
Parce que tu as plusieurs sorties vidéo sur ta carte graphique.

C'est l'option BusID ?
Bon, j'ai fait
sudo lspci | grep VGA

Ce qui ne change pas quand j'ai 2 écrans...

Le busID est semblable dans les 2 sections...

Mais j'ai pas défini les sorties dans cette section...
Chez moi je l'ai fait, avec une ligne Screen 0 ou Screen 1 dans chacune des sections Device (mais j'ai une carte Nvidia).
Le busID est semblable dans les 2 sections...
Bah oui, ça me semble évident, sachant que le bus représente les connexions dans la carte mère. Donc pour les deux écrans, l'identificateur de bus est le même.

Par contre, il te faut connaitre les fréquences Horizontales et verticales de ton vidéoprojecteur....
