Problème augmentation de résolution

J'ai installé ubuntu dernièrement a partir d'un LiveDVD du commerce (j'ai pas l'ADSL) et après l'installation, j'ai essayé d'augmenter la résolution sur du 1248 x 1024

Voilà donc j'ai fait comme dans les TUTOs, ce qui est étrange c'est que sur ma Dapper que j'avais avant, ça marchait parfaitement. Voila si vous pouviez m'aider a trouver une soluce sans avoir besoin de DL trop parce que ça lag a mort chez moi

Excuse-moi, mais quel est précisément ton problème ?

Tu ne vois pas ta nouvelle résolution dans l'utilitaire de choix ?
Ta résolution est toute moche ?
...

Et puis entre parenthèses, tu es sûr de ta résolution ? Normalement c'est du 1280x1024 et pas du 1248x1024.

[EDIT] et puis, as-tu pensé à relancer le serveur graphique (ctrl + alt + backspace) ?
Sinon ton xorg.conf a l'air correct.

c'est bon, tout compte fait j'ai réinstallé tout....

Parfait. Tu peux mettre "résolu" dans le titre s'il-te-plait ?
