Je ne sais plus quoi faire avec l'accélération 3D (ATI)..

Bonjour,
Je suis sous Kubuntu Dapper 6.06 avec une ATI radéon 9600pro.
Je ne veux pas du bureau 3D mais je veux quand même activer l'accélération 3D pour pouvoir utiliser les logiciels du genre de Googlearth.
Le problème c'est que c'est impossible chez moi!
Malgré tous les tutos lus ici ou là je n'arrive pas à faire activer le "direct rendering: yes" !!! mad

Au secours lol!

j'ai la même cg que toi
j'ai suivi le tuto http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/materiel/ati_radeon
et la 3d est active chez moi

Même carte, 3d active avec ce tuto sous Edgy Eft.

Sacré "bordel" dans ton xorg.conf neutral.

ca marche !!!! big_smile
il a fallu que je désinstalle les paquets fglrx via synaptic et quye je mette les drivers libres radeon...
je me suis fait chier mais bon ca y est.. roll
sinon c'est vrai que c'est un peu le boxon dans mon xorg: il y a des "devices" et des "screen" partout ...
mais bon je ne suis pas prêt d'y retoucher de sitôt tongue
