Probleme avec le bluetooth

Bonsoir,
J'ai un pc portable acer (aspire 4810TZ) équipé du bluetooth. Cependant, lorsque je vais dans l'application bluetooth, il m'affiche "votre ordinateur n'est pas équipé d'adaptateur bluetooth" !
Que faire ?

J'ai lu mais mon probleme est que le logiciel ne reconnait pas d'adaptateur bluetooth alors qu'il est intégré au pc !

Oui il a beau être intégré au pc mais si il n'est pas reconnu ça ne changera pas grand chose.

sudo apt-get install bluez bluez-hcidump

et on va voir ce que ça donne:

actuellement la commande lspci ne me donne rien de bien, je n'ai pas de bluetooth sur mes pc mais là, je me peux tromper , effectue une recherche sur ce forum concernant le bluetooth il devrait avoir quelque explication pour l'activer.

EDIT:

sudo lshw |grep blue

dans tous les cas, colle le résultat des commandes.

EDIT2: regarde dans le bios si le bluetooth n'est pas désactivé.

J'ai tappé "sudo lshw |grep blue" et j'ai eu "PCI (sysfs)" puis rien ...

et fait juste

sudo lshw

normalement tu vas avoir plein de ligne qui donne tous le matériel que tu possèdes.

Quand tu démarres le PC avant d'avoir le grub (sorte de menu pour ubuntu) tu appuyes sois sur la touche echap ou Suppr ou F2 ou autre chose en faisant des tests.

et tu cherches une page qui ressemble un peu à ça: http://lh3.ggpht.com/_GXNwGHp35Ys/SRIBg … etooth.jpg

et ensuite tu l'actives [Enabled] tu sauvegardes F10 et tu redémarres.

de toute façon prend ton temps lis bien avant de faire des manipulations. si tu as un souci n'hésite pas.
