Installation avec LVPM erreur grub 17

Salut à tous,

J'envisage d'installer Unbutu définitivement à partir de Wubi, que j'avais configuré et beaucoup personnalisé pour une amie, il y a plus d'un an. Je vais tenter une install avec LVPM (dual boot avec Vista). J'ai au préalable fait une image disque pour prévenir les dommages possible (étant donné que LVPM n'est plus à jour). Est-ce que je dois créer la partition swap avant ou après l'install avec LVPM (LVPM ne la créant pas)? Pour ceux qui ont tenté l'aventure avec la 9.10, quelles autres précautions je dois prendre ?

Les nouvelles du front, j'ai le message qui flanche

Error 17 : Cannot Mount Selected Partition  Press any key to continue

puis je tombe sur le menu avec tous les OS, lorsque je sélectionne je retombe sur le Error 17.....Qu'est-ce que je fais les amis?

je fais des recherches et je reviens...

Je suis revenu à mon image disque antérieure. La solution pour moi, serait de procéder à une install normal sur une partition dédiée. Conserver un temps Wubi pour pouvoir copier les données. Est-ce que la cohabitation d'une 9.10 et Wubi au moment de l'installation pose problème, notamment pour le grub ?

Excuse le peu d'empressement à t'aider sur ce forum. Pour moi, l'install avec LVPM m'est inconnue et je pense que c'est une méthode peu recommandable. Je ne peux donc pas t'aider.
Pour le lecteur de passage, c'est de cette méthode qu'on parle :

Pour moi, c'est à fuir. Et pour une install classique, je te recommande une installation entièrement neuve (après sauvegarde de tes documents précieux sur DD externe afin de les récupérer après install).

Edit : il faut dire que je ne suis pas un adepte de la réhabilitation et du rafistolage. Mais vu le peu d'aide que tu reçois sur le forum, il est possible que très peu de personnes se soit lancé dans ce sentier de mulet.
