plus d'affichage sauf en mode live

Bonjour,
Je n'ai plus d'affichage( écran noir avec point de couleur) depuis que j'ai fait des
ajouts d'applications.Dont il me semble une sur la carte vidéo ati (j'ai une ati radéon4850)

Je ne sais plus quoi faire à part réinstaller ubuntu, quelqu'un peut il m'aider?

Je te remercie pour ton aide
J'ai bien chargé le driver linux de ma carte mais je n'arrive pas  à l'installer.
J'ai téléchargé 7 pour le décompresser, mais 7 est aussi compressé, et je n'arrive  à rien.
As tu une idée ?
