problem raspberry pi5 usb error 71

Bonjour,

après quelques mois d'utilisation sur un raspberry pi 5, j'ai voulu changer le boot order.

• J'ai installé raspi-config

• J'ai été dans le menu boot

• par erreur, j'ai activé l'option "boot console"

• Il redémarrait donc en console

• J'ai voulu rechanger en "boot desktop"

• j'ai ouvert raspi-config pour changer l'option

• il m'a demandé d'installer lightdm et je l'ai fait

• j'ai changé l'option "boot desktop"

• au démarrage, il montre l'icone desktop

• il affiche un message "usb 4-2.4: device description read/64, error 71"

Mon os est installé sur un HDD Externe, je me doute que l'erreur est liée au port usb. Mais cela fonctionnait avant mes manipulations.
Le raspberry 5 a l'alimentation officielle et le HDD a sa propre alimentation.

J'ai rebranché mon HDD sur un raspberry 4 et cela fonctionne. Comme puis-je faire pour le faire fonctionner sur le pi 5?

Peux tu donner le retour de

et aussi

On peut dans raspi-config réinstaller le bootloader d'usine je ne sais plus comment s'appelle l'option.
Ça doit reconfigurer la carte par défaut au niveau du bootloader, ensuite essayer de booter sur une carte SD voir ce que ça donne, tester les ports USB avec une clé USB histoire de vérifier que tout fonctionne et ensuite utiliser raspi-config à nouveau et changer le boot order pour booter sur le SSD.

sudo raspi-config

Advanced Options -> Bootloader Version

En sélectionnant "Latest" ou "Default", ça devrait réinitialiser le bootloader, soit le dernier, soit celui par défaut avec les paramètres par défaut.

Ensuite tester un boot sur carte SD et vérifier chaque port USB avec une clé pour vérifier que tout fonctionne niveau hardware déjà avant de tenter à nouveau de booter sur SSD.
