Pas bête.
Impossible d'atteindre le test avec le logiciel "disk", c'est grisé.

Ce n'est pas obligé de le jeter, tu peux toujours t'en servir pour faire plein de bricolages temporaires.
J'ai noté.

que 49 secteurs sont irremédiablement illisibles.

Je suis surpris par le contenu de cette ligne.

Visiblement, le fabricant considère que ce disque ne vaut rien du tout.
Il exprime en minutes au lieu d'heures
et considère que le disque  ne vaut plus rien. 21 % de ses  possibilités au bout 527 heures.

de plus  Error 5003    donc 10 erreurs par heure.
Je raye ma première phrase. Il est inutilisable.

Ajout. En mieux regardant. Il ne sait même pas mesurer le temps.

Ok, merci geole. Tu confirmes ce que j'avais cru comprendre. Il est inutilisable. Je vais le jeter.
Un résumé pour ceux lisent les derniers messages:
- mon PC freezait souvent lorsque je faisais des copies sur mon disque dur externe
- Des dossiers apparaissaient et disparaissaient sur le disque dur du PC.
- On a commencé part faire des test sur le disque dur interne du PC
- Puis comme le disque dur externe faisait un bruit constant, qu'il mettait du temps à sauvegarder, on a fini par faire des tests sur ce disque dur qui s'est avéré HS.
