Impossible ouvrir PJ Libre Office depuis Thunderbird [RESOLU]
Bonjour,
je rencontre un pb avec Thunderbird, proche de celui que vous évoquez dans vos messages.
Thunderbird ne charge plus aucune pièces jointes. Je vois leur titre, mais lorsque je veux les ouvrir, PDF ou .doc, .xls, l'affichage est blanc. Si je télécharge 0 octet.
Si vous avez une idée, merci

thunderbirdressort-il un message d'erreur ?
Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

Ce n'est pas un problème avec Thunderbird. Je viens de tester sur un PC en ligne de commande, ça donne les mêmes messages que toi mais je n'ai constaté aucun problème. :

cette collection d'env' de bureaux peut s'avérer problématique, aujourd'hui.
Il ne devrait y avoir que :
ubuntu.desktop ubuntu-xorg.desktopet pas les autres vieilleries d'un autre âge…

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" :
sudo apt purge ~ccomme expliqué à la machine à café et rajouté dans ce message
Montre :
dpkg -l | grep -i officeConseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

Il y a un dépôt "focal" dans le sources.list. Il faudrait le vérifier.

As-tu essayé de te connecter sur le Webmail de ton fournisseur de messagerie ? Tu pourras y vérifier, si les pièces jointes qui causent problème, sont bien présentes et complètes ou non.

En me basant sur ce sujet, tu pourrais faire ce qui suit :
Dossier Courrier entrant => Clic droit Propriétés => Informations générales => cliquer sur réparer le dossier.
==> redémarrer Thunderbird et voir si les pièces jointes sont OK
Si toujours pas OK, retourner dans les propriétés du dossier Courrier entrant => Synchronisation => Télécharger maintenant.
==> Thunderbird va de nouveau télécharger les courriels et leurs pièces jointes et voir si les PJ sont OK.
