[RESOLU] Imprimante/scanner Brother MFC-L3750 et communication IPP

Bonjour,

J'utilise depuis plusieurs années une imprimante/scanner Brother MFC-L3750CDW connectée sur mon réseau local Ethernet depuis 2 PC Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. Pas d'installation particulière à faire, l'imprimante/scanner est visible depuis mon Paramètres > Imprimantes et depuis l'application "Numériseur de documents" (simple-scan v42.0 sur PC1 et PC2).

Depuis quelque temps, sur le PC1, je ne vois plus l'imprimante/scanner dans Paramètres > Imprimantes ni depuis l'application "Numériseur de documents alors qu'elle est l'est toujours sur le PC2. Pourtant, j'arrive à pinger l'imprimante depuis le PC1.

L'adresse de communication utilisée par PC2 est http://Brother MFC-L3750CDW series._ipp._tcp.local:631. J'arrive à avoir une réponse de PC1 et PC2 avec telnet <IP imprimante> 631.

Avez-vous une idée pour diagnostiquer ou résoudre ce problème ?

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" :

sudo apt purge ~c

comme expliqué à la machine à café et rajouté dans ce message

Tente :

sudo systemctl restart cups.service

j'ai lancé les 2 commandes suivantes sans plus de résultats. Toujours pas d'imprimante et de scanner visible depuis PC1.

sudo apt purge ~c

sudo systemctl restart cups.service
