soucis avec affichage firefox et freecad

Bonjour a vous
Je suis un novice en soucis sur ubuntu (je l utilise depuis 5 ans) jamais eu de soucis graphique.
Mon problème est que lorsque je lance firefox ou freecad l affichage et tout brouiller .Cela le fait que sur ces 2 logiciels pas sur cura ,ni libre cad ,ni sur chrome,ni shotcut ni sur gimp.
sur freecad le dessin de démarrage et bien mais des que la fenêtre s ouvre brouillard.C est depuis 3 semaines après une mise a jour.

Donne les retours de :

sudo apt update
snap list

la carte graphique :

lspci -vnn | grep -A 12 '\''[030[02]\]' | grep -Ei "vga|3d|display|kernel"

d'éventuels paquets cassés :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii
ls -l /var/crash

et :

echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

pour voir si c'est Wayland ou x11, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande.

Votre gestionnaire de mise à jour vous l'indique lui même: il cherche à faire la mise à jour depuis le cd ou dvd d'installation, alors qu'il n'y a aucun  dvd dans le lecteur.

Il vous faut aller dans les paramètres système / Logiciels et Mise à jour / et en bas du premier onglet (Logiciels Ubuntu) décocher "installables à partir du cd/dvd - Cd-roms contenant .....
Une fois cela fait fermer et cela fait ce sont les dépôts en ligne qui seront pris en compte.

Regarde l'EDIT de malbo dans ce message, pour la roue crantée, ou le message de nany copié au #8.

Je suis passe en démarrage avec xorg ,cela a empire les choses --ouvert en premier firefox puis freecad -- sur freecad je me suis retrouver avec un mélange de pages
