[RÉSOLU] HP OfficeJet Pro & HPLip
Bonjour à tous et toutes,
je possède une imprimante HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 qui fonctionnait très bien jusqu'à la mise à jour fatidique d'il y a quelques mois. Depuis, l'imprimante ne parvient plus à se mettre à jour.
Le problème est identifié par HP et malgré les quelques ajustements de DNS et autres via l'interface web : le problème persiste.
Il me reste donc à tenter la mise à jour de HPLip qui fonctionnait très bien.
J'ai donc téléchargé la dernière version 3.23.5 et tenté de l'installer sauf que non : l'ancienne version a bien été désinstallée, mais la nouvelle refuse de s'installer.
J'ai dû mettre installer le paquet python3-dbus comme l'install me le demandait, mais maintenant, cela plante à l'étape BUILD AND INSTALL comme indiqué ci-dessous.
Auriez-vous des suggestions pour m'aider à l'installer, parce que là, je cale ?
[EDIT] : précision, l'imrimante est en ethernet sur la box et non en USB ou wifi

Bonjour à tous et toutes,
petite mise à jour du problème.
Le fond du problème est que je n'arrive pas à mettre à jour l'imprimante.
J'y ai bien accès via CUPS ou l'interface web. Par contre, je ne parviens pas à réinstaller HPlip comme avant, mais finalement, est-ce bien nécessaire ?
J'essaie de "pousser" la mise à jour depuis l'interface web mais elle échoue tout autant et pour la même raison.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée pour la mettre à jour :-/

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" :
sudo apt purge ~c
comme expliqué à la machine à café et rajouté dans ce message
Tente :
sudo systemctl restart cups.service

merci pour ta réponse.
Les deux commandes se sont bien passées, mais rien n'y fait l'imprimante refuse de se mettre à jour.
Je suis allé du coup poster sur le support HP community et le problème semble venir d'eux. La solution existe sous W$ et consiste à utiliser un assitant et télécharger à la mano l'update pour le pousser vers l'imprimante. Mais pour les utilisateurs MAC et Linux, pas de solution viable proposée à ce jour....
Je pense que je vais laisser ce post en l'état et si la solution arrive depuis HP community, je la posterai ici et le basculerai en résolu.
Pour ceux qui veulent suivre le fil c'est par là.
Si vous avez des solutions d'ici là, je suis preneur ...

[EDIT] : c'est à n'y rien comprendre => j'ai omis d'éteindre l'imprimante cette nuit et ce matin, elle semble s'être mise à jour ! Le problème est donc réglé, mais sans que j'ai la moindre info. Ce doit être HP qui a "poussé" cette mise à jour, je ne vois que ça comme explication. Je passe donc le sujet en Résolu .... Bonne journée
