Problèmes d'Installation imprimante Brother DCP-9020CDW

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai essayé d'installer mon imprimante Brother DCP-9020CDW, avec le scrip de demonipuch, avec les pilotes fabricants, avec guttenrprint. J'ai essayé en réseau et par usb.

A un moment j'ai cru avoir réussi, j'ai imprimé une page à peu près correctement (page complète mais avec beaucoup de traits comme si les têtes étaient sales), c'était par usb. J'ai du débrancher l'imprimante puis plus rien. J'arrive à installer l'imprimante, mais elle met beaucoup de temps à accepter la tache et l'impression est incomplète. J'ai donc supprimé toutes les imprimantes et j'aimerai repartir à zéro et faire quelque chose de propre.

Quelqu'un pour m'aider?

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" : 

sudo apt purge ~c

comme expliqué à la machine à café et rajouté dans ce message

Tente :

sudo service cups restart

Il faudra attendre eric63, c'est le plus féru, pour les imprimantes Brother.

Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

tu as un pilote driverless (ipp-usb ?)

tu as un pilote ipp (réseau ?) network ipp://Brother%20DCP-9020CDW._ipp._tcp.local/
et si tu as installé depuis le script de demonipuch tu as un pilote constructeur (non repéré )

est ce que tu pourrais donné le contenu du fichier brprinter-installer.log qui se trouve dans le dossier demonipuchxxxx créé dans ton dossier perso
et faire un

sudo apt purge ippusbxd

normalement les file d’attentes d’impression ne sont pas compatible entre les driverless et les pilotes constructeur donc faire attention à l’imprimante choisie

et est ce que tu as ajouté une imprimante dans configuration du système/imprimante ?
il est possible que tu ais plusieurs pilote pour ton imprimante
pour voir ces imprimantes
va dans ton navigateur et tapes 

http://localhost:631/printers/

cela te donnera toutes tes imprimantes reconnues
fait un copier coller en retour
tu peux aussi avoir le détail pour chaque imprimante en cliquant sur son nom
le copier coller en retour ne serais pas inutile

Pour voir comment est pris en compte ton imprimante

dpkg -l | grep cups 
avahi-browse -rt _ipp._tcp  
sudo apt install sane-airscan  
airscan-discover

et depuis 

http://localhost:631/admin

essaye d’ajouter une nouvelle imprimante avec un autre pilote correspondant à ton imprimante

est ce que ton imprimante à une adresse ip fixe
