Celle que je souhaite faire fonctionner c'est la Canon_TS8300_series.

Enlève le Résolu et actualise :
C ] les infos a donner si ton problème est un problème de scanner .Bon des fois c'est le scanner qui veux pas scanner alors dans ce cas là, c'est ces commandes qui sont intéressantes pour les aidants
quel que soit la marque du scannerdpkg -l | grep sanesudo sane-find-scanner -qscanimage -Lls /etc/sane.d/cat /etc/sane.d/dll.confls /lib/udev/rules.d | grep libsane

sudo apt purge ~ccomme expliqué à la machine à café et rajouté à la fin de ce message.

Il y a un moment j'utilisais ça mais plus maintenant apparemment. Il y a des choses qui n'ont pas du êtres remises après le passage à 22.04. Mais c'était en juillet 2022 et j'arrivais à imprimer et scanner depuis. Donc je ne sais pas si le problème vient de ça. Après, je veux bien essayer de les réinstaller si besoin.

Bonjour,
Ce matin le scanner a fonctionné pour une feuille, puis plus rien. Le scanner se lance, puis la numérisation est envoyée au PC, le logiciel mouline pour la récupérer, puis se ferme automatiquement.

Bonjour,
Maintenant le scanner semble de nouveau fonctionner normalement (je n'ai rien fait de particulier) mais l'impression ne fonctionne toujours pas. Quand je lance une impression, elle reste indéfiniment en "Pending" dans les paramètres de l'imprimante.

toto:~$Ça semble être un truc pour imprimante HP mais la mienne c'est une Canon. J'ai trouvé des solutions qui disaient de supprimer le package hplip. J'ai fait
sudo apt remove hplipmais toujours le même résultat.

Après
sudo systemctl restart cups, je n'ai plus l'erreur. Mais ça n'a pas réglé le problème.

J'ai modifié l'imprimante dans http://localhost:631/printers/ en mettant des trucs au hasard et tout remarche ! Je ne comprends pas grand chose à tout ça mais ça fonctionne.
