[ RESOLU ] grub ne veut plus rien savoir
Bonsoir ,

File descriptor 63 (pipe:[582463]) leaked on lvs invocation. Parent PID 18130: /bin/bash
Suggested repair: ______________________________________________________________
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to fix packages) and reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of
nvme0n1p5,
using the following options: nvme0n1p3/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s win-legacy-basic-fix use-standard-efi-file
Final advice in case of suggested repair: ______________________________________
Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the Linux Mint 20.2 Uma (20.2) entry (nvme0n1p3/efi/****/shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message) file) !
If your computer reboots directly into Windows, try to change the boot order in your UEFI firmware.
If your UEFI firmware does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader.
For example you can boot into Windows, then type the following command in an admin command prompt:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\****\shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message)
Quelques petites precisions supplementaires :

sudo update-grub
pour tout remettre d' aplomb ...

Conclusion

GNU nano 5.6.1 /media/iznobe/ubuntu_secours/etc/fstab
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
#
# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
# / was on /dev/sda3 during installation
UUID=1e22e0d8-8dbb-4f16-8ab9-8ccda9a56e58 / ext4 errors=remount-ro 0 1
# /boot/efi was on /dev/nvme0n1p3 during installation
UUID=C071-9050 /boot/efi vfat umask=0077 0 1
# swap was on /dev/sdc4 during installation
UUID=61218fe2-0bd1-4ada-9dd3-5ec996a02456 none swap sw 0 0

Suggested repair: ______________________________________________________________
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of
nvme0n1p6,
using the following options: nvme0n1p3/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s win-legacy-basic-fix use-standard-efi-file restore-efi-backups
Final advice in case of suggested repair: ______________________________________
Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS CurrentSession entry (nvme0n1p3/efi/****/shim****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message) file) !
