Vu la Doc > veille_et_hibernation et cet exemple askubuntu.com/questions/1102424/rtl8821ce-wifi-driver-cant-connect-after-suspend-or-change-network-on-ubuntu, il doit falloir utiliser un script.

Ok pour un script, mais quelle commande mettre dans ce script vu que nous n'avons identifié aucune commande permettant de relancer la fonction Bluetooth du RTL8821CE.
L'exemple porte essentiellement sur la fonction WIFI pas sur le Bluetooth. Apparemment UBUNTU sinon DEBIAN gère différemment le WIFI et le Bluetooth.

Une réinstallation pourrait peut-être fonctionner (puisque repartir de zéro permet les problèmes engendrés par des anciennes mises à niveau),  mais je ne garantis pas.

Si ça peut aider, je suis passé à Manjaro il y a quelques mois, et j'ai toujours le même problème sur mon Dell Inspiron 3650 (noyau Linux 5.17, de mémoire).
La différence avec bernard3303, c'est que la disparition de l'adaptateur Bluetooth ne se fait pas à chaque sortie de veille, mais seulement certaines fois. Cela dit, je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir la même carte Wifi/Bluetooth.

J'ai ce problème depuis Ubuntu 18.04, je crois, et je l'avais encore sur la 20.04 (ça date peut-être de la 16.04 ou avant, mais je n'utilisais pas assez le Bluetooth pour m'en rendre compte...).

@antux18: si tu veux de l'aide pour résoudre ce pb, merci d'ouvrir un autre fil. Aussi les solutions sont très dépendantes du matériel, donc si tu n'as pas la même carte wifi, ce sera probablement pas la même solution

En fait ici je crois que bernard3303 a installé le pilote de sa carte wifi via dkms. Le pilote n'est pas dans le noyau (ou plutôt il n'utilise pas celui des noyaux s'il est présent), après c'est plutôt comment sont gérés les modules qui entraîne ce pb de disparition du bluetooth.
Parfois sur ce genre de pb, il y a une manip à faire avec tlp pour éviter que le module btusb soit suspendu

J'ai effectivement une carte RTL8821CE et j'ai été obligé de rechercher un pilote additionnel pour qu'elle fonctionne. Suite à votre commentaire, j'ai essayé, par le gestionnaire de mises à jour de ne plus utilisé de pilote additionnel et au surprise ça fonctionne, sauf que le problème de perte de l'adaptateur Bluetooth après une mise en veille persiste. Sans doute la reconnaissance de cette carte a été prise en compte ou le pilote additionnelle est toujours opérationnel malgré que le gestionnaire de mises à jour me signale "aucun pilote propriétaire utilisé".
