[Résolu] Windows ne démarre plus suite essai parted depuis Ubuntu
Bonjour à tous,
Nouveau sur ce forum et novice en Ubuntu, je viens d'installer la version 20.04 en dual boot en parallèle de Windows 10.
Suite au manque de place sur ma partition Ubuntu, j'ai souhaité redistribuer la mémoire à l'aide de parted. J'ai effectivement de l'espace disponible sur Windows 10.
J'ai donc réduit ma partition Windows (sda3) avec resizepart et tenté d'agrandir celle d'Ubuntu (sda5) avec la même méthode.
En plus de ne pas avoir réussi à élargir la partition Ubuntu du côté "start" (gauche?), Windows ne démarre plus.
Je pensais pourtant ne pas écraser de données mais étant novice je suis sûrement à côté de la plaque.

Si quelqu'un peut m'aider à résoudre ce problème ce serait super.

Merci Xubu pour le collage.
J'ai pensé redonner sa taille originale à la partition Windows.
Peut être que les fichiers n'ont pas été réellement écrasés et que cela résoudrait mon problème ?

Bonjour ,
lorsqu ' on veut redimensionner la partition windows , il faut avec windows , nettoyer les fichiers inutiles ( nettoyage de disque ) , puis defragmenter , et redimesionner depuis windows , ensuite il faut repasser sur ubuntu pour agrandir avec gparted la partition racine ubuntu .
Pour ce qui est de recuperer , je ne sais pas faire desolé .
retour utilisable de commande

Bonjour Iznobe,
Merci pour la réponse. J'ai effectivement nettoyé et défragmenté depuis Windows mais j'ai redimensionné depuis Ubuntu. Mon erreur vient donc de là. 
Pour les autres, est-ce que je peux redonner l'espace non-alloué à Windows ?
Dois-je tenter un boot-repair ?

Si toutefois quelqu'un se retrouve dans la même situation, je viens de tenter de rendre à Windows son espace et cela a bien fonctionné.
Plus précisément, j'ai relancé une commande resizepart de la partition Windows (toujours depuis Ubuntu) et j'ai entré la valeur de fin de partition précédente (à l'origine 237GB, j'avais ensuite changé pour 217GB donc de retour à 237GB).
J'ai ensuite redémarré pour tenter de lancer Windows : il y a eu un diagnostique automatique, une réparation automatique puis une demande de redémarrage et cela fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement.
On apprends de nos erreurs ...
