[Résolu] Double écran sur Inspiron 7370
Bonjour à tous,
Je suis passé récemment de la 18.04 à la 20.04 sur mon inspiron équipé d'une carte graphique Intel® UHD Graphics 620 (KBL GT2).
Le double écran fonctionnait bien sous 18.04 via mon port thunderbolt, alors que celui-ci ne fonctionne plus maintenant (dans le panneau de config, section "écrans", je n'ai plus que l'affichage intégré.
J'ai cherché un peu sur la page https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/intel_graphics
Le driver a l'air correctement installé,
lsmod | egrep 'i915'donne une réponse satisfaisante, mais lorsque je tente
xvinfo | grep -A11 Intelje n'ai pas de réponse.
Je ne sais pas exactement si le problème vient du driver de la carte ou de celui du port thunderbolt. Je précise tout de même que ce dernier fonctionne pour la charge, pour le clavier et la souris.

Je ne connais pas Thunderbolt
En cherchant dans la Doc > liste_portables_dell#xps, je vois pour un XPS 13 (9360)
au niveau des options du bios il faut avoir les options Enable Thunderbolt et Adapter Boot Support
Tu as regardé dans le BIOS ?

Pas encore, je peux aller fouiller un peu. Il ne me semble pas avoir changé quoi que ce soit pendant l'install de la mise à jour, donc bizarre.

Oui. Je précise que dans le panneau de config toujours, dans la section confidentialité/thunderbolt, j'ai "aucune prise en charge de thunderbolt". Ce qui m'étonne un peu vu que mon clavier et ma souris fonctionnent

Sissi, et ça marche correctement sous Windows. J'ai regardé le post que tu mentionne, je peux essayer de voir sous windows si je peux forcer l'activation de thunderbolt.

Je ne vais pas te prendre ta nuit (à moins qu'il n'y ait du décalage horaire), on continuera plus tard si tu es motivé. Sinon j'irai acheter un câble HDMI pour me passer du thunderbolt !

J'ai trouvé, il faut installer le driver du dock, qui communique en USB-C (ou thunderbolt).
Il s'agit du driver de displaylink, qui n'est pas libre mais qui fonctionne.

Pour éditer ta discussion et rajouter [Résolu] au début du titre, il faut utiliser le bouton Modifier au bas de ton premier message.
