[Résolu] Difficulté au démarrage d'Ubuntu

Hello tout le monde,

Alors voilà, je vais essayé de faire simple, j'ai essayé d'installer Ubuntu, tout d'abord lorsque je le lançais ça plantait après 5s sur l'interface (je le lançais en mode "try ubuntu whitout download"). Après avoir cherché pendant quelques heures, j'ai essayé ce que quelqu'un conseillait, de taper la commande "nouveau blacklist=1 acpi=off" dans le grub juste avant "quiet splash" ! Miracle, ça fonctionne correctement, donc je lance l'installation, tout se déroule normalement. Une fois l'installation finie, je redémarre l'ordinateur comme il est conseillé, sauf que là, catastrophe, ça redémarre Windows et non Ubuntu ! Pourtant j'ai fais l'installation simple qui est censé faire cohabiter windows et ubuntu !

Une fois le choc passée, je décide de re-brancher ma clé usb avec le programme dedans, et là ça plante direct avec un message d'erreur : https://zupimages.net/up/20/06/l681.jpg (j'ai fais une photo de la catastrophe).

Donc voilà je viens vers où car, débutant comme je suis, je suis totalement perdu, je ne sais plus quoi faire !

Pour info, mon ordi est un MSI modèle : GL72M 7REX ; 2 CG, une Intel et une Nvidia (j'ai vu qu'il y avait pas mal de problème avec cette carte graphique) et j'ai téléchargé la dernière version dispo d'Ubuntu.

EDIT : Problème résolu. Une fois Ubuntu installé, j'ai passé ubuntu en prioritaire sous windows car ubuntu n'était pas accessible dans le Bios et une fois sur Ubuntu j'ai installé le pilote Nvidia prioritaire, depuis, tout fonctionne !

Quelle carte graphique nvidia est dans ce pc?
Dans le BIOS, le secure boot est-il activé?
Du coup actuellement ça démarre plus sur la clé, et sans la clé ça démarre sur windows?

Bonjour,

Reflash ta clé avec une 18.04.1 et non pas la dernière version. Il est préférable de prendre une LTS (Long Term Support), qui est mise à jour jusqu'en 2023. Voici le lien où télécharger : http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04.1/ Tu referas ta clé, car le message que tu as mis me laisse penser à une corruption de la clé. Comment as tu fait de l'espace sur le disque pour Ubuntu et quelle place as tu laissée?

@Naziel : Salut, cette série de portable vient avec une GTX 1050Ti (https://fr.msi.com/Laptop/GL72M-7REX-.html)

Booter en blacklistant nouveau devrait être suffisant, ce modèle n'étant pas (encore) dans la liste des machines MSI.

Oui le secure boot est activé et oui sans la clé ça démarre automatiquement Windows.

@NicoApi73 : Je suis actuellement entrain de télécharger cette version, je vais voir ce que ça donne, merci. Sinon pour l'espace alloué pour Ubuntu j'en ai aucune idée car lors de l'installation j'ai choisi l'option simplifié, mettre à côté de Windows et non manuel. Mais je me pose une question du coup, la version que je télécharge actuellement va t-elle écraser la partition dédiée à l'ancienne version d'Ubuntu ou alors est-ce que j'aurai deux versions différentes d'Ubuntu? Je ne sais pas si c'est clair big_smile

Comment as tu fait de la place sur le disque? A la base Windows occupait tout le disque (donc rien de dispo), comment as tu réduit la/les partitions windows?

Petit conseil : sauvegarde tes données personnelles, en cas de fausse manip.

Visiblement c'est l'installateur d'ubuntu qui a réduit la partition windows, pas sûr que windows soit au courant, faut vérifier ça.

Il faudra désactiver le secure boot pour plus tard installer le pilote nvidia pour gérer ta carte graphique.

ou alors l'installation a été faite sur la clé... Ca s'est déjà vu. Une fois qu'il sera possible de booter, il faudra faire un boot-info

Bon,

Me revoilà, comme la fois dernière j'ai rajouté la blacklist, ça a lancé correctement, j'ai procédé à l'installation et ubuntu s'est bien téléchargé en écrasant l'ancienne version donc l'ancienne version était bien présente sur mon disque dur mais impossible d'y accéder ! Donc, une fois l'installation terminée, je ne redémarre pas directement l'ordi car j'essaye de suivre ce tuto où j'ai trouvé la ligne de code (https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1976971) mais je n'ai pas réussi à accéder au grub, donc je décide de redémarrer mon ordi, j'enlève la clé usb pour que ça ne se lance pas dessus et comme la fois dernière, c'est windows qui se lance automatiquement..

Donc j'ai bien ubuntu installé quelque part sur mon disque dur mais windows ne le reconnait pas visiblement.

Il faut que tu bootes sur la clé et que tu fasses un boot-info :https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/boot-info Donne nous l'url quand c'est fait.

/!\ : surtout pas de boot-repair. Pour l'instant il faut comprendre ce qui bloque

Je pense qu'il faut que tu ailles dans le BIOS et que tu sélectionnes le boot Ubuntu. Il a l'air d'être par défault sur Windows. Lors du boot, il faut passer le même paramètre à grub (nouveau blacklist=1) tant que le pilote nvidia n'est pas installé.

Un oeil plus averti que le mien sur le boot-info verra peut être quelque chose d'autre

Si tu n'arrives pas à mettre ubuntu devant, on pourra aussi changer cet ordre via windows ou via le live usb linux

Non malheureusement j'ai accéder au bios, j'ai essayé tous les ordres mais je n'arrive pas à mettre le boot Ubuntu devant, je ne le vois même pas

Nice merci beaucoup, j'ai fais des recherches pour savoir comment changer l'ordre de boot sous windows, j'ai passé une commande dans l'exécuteur de commande, dans le grub ça me propose ubuntu maintenant. Il me reste qu'à charger les pilotes nvidia et normalement c'est bon, il faut juste que je trouve comment faire smile

Il te faut activer les dépôts partenaires.

Tu vas dans Gestionnaire de mises à jour, Paramètres,Logiciels Ubuntu et tu sélectionnes Pilotes propriétaires. Ensuite tu vas dans Gestionnaire de mises à jour, Paramètres, Pilotes additionnels. Tu attends un peu qu'il charge ce qu'il faut et tu sélectionnes le pilote propriétaire nVidia.

Le problème est résolu, j'ai pu ouvrir ubuntu correctement sans rajouter de ligne de code ! Et de ce que j'ai vu c'est bien plus rapide que windows ! J'ai pu apprendre pas mal de choses mais j'ai vu surtout qu'il me reste énormément à apprendre. Je passe le sujet en résolu.

A savoir qu'une màj de win remettra les choses d'équerre, mais surtout si buntu ne démarre plus, en l'état on ne peut booter win.

La commande que tu indiques permet effectivement de repasser ubuntu devant (ou plutôt grub devant windows boot manager), sinon sur ubuntu c'est

Sur ubuntu ce serait la commande (dans ce cas)

sudo efibootmgr -o 0001,0000,0002

l'ordre des numéros correspond à l'ordre d'amorçage qu'on veut
