[résolu] HP 3630 difficile d'ouvrir simple scan
Bonjour
Depuis que j'ai installé x-sane pour scanner des diapos avec un EPSON perfection 3490 photo, simple scan ne s'ouvre plus ou seulement avec le terminal et met un temps fou à scanner avec une imprimante HP.
Je suis sur PC 18/04 64 bit

Dans lsusb on peut voir l'ID (identification) de la marque Hewlett-Packard 03f0 et du modèle e311.

c'est un peu confus les infos .
mais si j'ai bien compris le probleme :
l' imprimante HP 3630 imprime sans problèmes et scanne aussi , mais le scanne mets du temps en passant par simple-scan
si le probleme est bien celui là
Alors, pour l'imprimante/scanner hp 3630 comme tu as hplip d'installé
donne nous le retour de cette commande :
hp-checkpassé dans un terminal
et comme te le fait remarquer xubu1957, n’hésite pas non plus a modifier le titre de ton sujet cela pourrait attirer du monde.

la commande donne beaucoup d'erreur,
mais la plupart sont infondé
je reeinstallerais plip
sudo apt-get install hplip --reinstallsi cela ne suffit pas
je ferais une suppression et une réinstallation de l'imprimante :
sudo hp-setup -irpuis
sudo hp-setup -iacela devrait fonctionner

Le scanne avec xcane marche très bien mais j'ai toujours le même souci avec simple-scan qui ne s'ouvre qu'avec le terminal et est assez long pour se mettre en route.
Rien de dramatique c'est supportable si il n'y a pas d'autres solutions

Peut-être regarder le contenu de simple-scan.log pour une piste:
cat /home/rolland/.cache/simple-scan/simple-scan.logPeut-être aussi essayer en recréant le dossier /home/rolland/.cache/simple-scan; commencer par renommer le dossier actuel:
mv /home/rolland/.cache/simple-scan /home/rolland/.cache/simple-scan.bak...puis relancer simple-scan?
Pour revenir à l'état initial si pas concluant:
mv /home/rolland/.cache/simple-scan.bak /home/rolland/.cache/simple-scanA+

J'ai lu en diagonale. Juste une idée : quid de fichiers/dossiers du dossier utilisateur attribués à root ?

Donc c'est bien un problème de droits à l'origine de ta difficulté à utiliser simple-scan et ton dossier utilisateur est corrompu (d'autres dossiers ont des appartenances à root) ce qui doit/pourrait générer d'autres effets indésirables. Il faut corriger ça.
Par contre tu n'as pas donner le retour complet il me semble. La dernière ligne du retour doit être un nombre. Recommence stp et après on corrige.
Ajout :
Par exemple chez moi, après “avoir manuellement corrompu mon home”

4On voit qu'il y a au moins 4 éléments avec les mauvaises appartenances et un dossier (~/tttt) n'a même pas pu être exploré.
