[résolu] redémarrage en boucle depuis quelques temps
salut les amis,
j'ai besoin de vos lumières !!!
depuis quelques temps ma kubuntu 17.10 redémarre sans qu'on y touche sur mon 8930G.
manque de bol, j'ai un SSD et configuré mon système pour que les logs s'effacent à chaque redémarrage
j'ai pensé que ça pouvait venir des derniers kernel car ça le faisait moins avec le 4.13.0.25 mais en fait non.
config :
portable acer 8930G
6 GB RAM
SSD intel 40 GB (racine)
HDD Seagate 2 TB
carte vidéo NVIDIA (pas de primus) 9600 GT 1GB, driver proprio installé

Ça ne répond pas directement à ton souci, mais effacer des logs, ça fait une écriture de plus sur ton SSD, donc ça me semblerait logique de les garder. Au moins pour faire le debug de ton problème…

oui j'ai appliqué la méthode de la doc qui mets les logs en RAM (ici).
je me demande si ce n'est pas à cause des "patch Intel" concernant les dernières failles. car c'est apparu il y a un moins environ. avant, RAS...
mon installation date de la heu....la 14.04 si je me souviens bien. ensuite 16.04, 16.10, 17.04 et maintenant 17.10 !
edit : j'ai désactivé tout concernant la gestion de l'energie et mise en service automatique de l'écran de verrouillage.
après quelques temps d'inactivité, j'ai un écran noir assez bref. le pc se rallume et reste coincé sur mon écran de connexion !

J'ai suivi le même parcours, et je n'ai pas de tel souci. Mais c'est dans une vm.
As-tu regardé du côté des pilotes graphiques ?

edit : pour le pilote, si quelqu'un a une commande de vérification, je prends !!!
j'ai commenté la ligne qui mets mes logs dans la RAM. j'ai regardé (après 2 redémarrage) et j'ai rien trouvé de probant...

Pour supprimer tous ces fichiers de configuration devenus sans objets et marqués "rc", et uniquement ces fichiers,
exécute :dpkg -l | grep ^rc | cut -d' ' -f3 | xargs sudo dpkg --purge

En effet supprimer les logs peut faire planter votre système, les supprimer pour les ré-créer est encore pire car les droits/utilisateurs seront changer.

C'est peut-être aussi la mise à jour du microcode de ton CPU, tu peux voir si il est à la dernière version parue le 17/11/17 avec cette commande:
dmesg | grep microcode

ok, merci, ça me rassure.
en voulant rééditer mon précédent message hier soir, j'ai encore eu droit à un reboot !! je me demande si c'est pas soucis d'alimentation. ça coupe comme s'il y avait une coupure de courant pourtant mon chargeur est bien branché. ma batterie est pleine donc j'ai un gros doute sur cette hypothèse.
pour info, j'ai installé mon SSD, et mis en place la méthode associée, il y a un bon moment maintenant et je n'ai jamais eu de soucis auparavant !

hello,
mon ordi est allumé depuis 19H sans reboot !!! je pense avoir trouvé le coupable !!! c'est le connecteur d'alim (qui relie la carte mère au connecteur de charge) qui doit faire des siennes. j'ai bougé un peu les fils et ça semble bon. j'en ai profité pour ressouder celui d'origine que je remettrais dans pas longtemps.
merci à tous pour votre aide pour ce soucis qui semblait venir d'ailleurs...
pour disques durs, je pense que c'est bon aussi (dites moi si je me trompe !).

oui je trouve aussi !!! j'avais déjà le me soucis quand je rabattais l'écran. enfin, plutôt à la fin du relevage, mon pc s'éteignait...
j'ai contourné lé problème en enlevant le cache qui le protège.
c'est bizarre que ça coupe comme ça mais bon...

note : je viens de changer de driver NVIDIA pour tester. je suis repasser au 304.137 (au lieu du 340.104 (recommandé))
