problème php 7.0 (short_open_tag?)
Bonjour, je viens de réinstaller ubuntu gnome 16.04-1 avec un serveur lamp et j'ai un souci avec les sites web créés: l'instruction <?php blablabla; ?> n'est pas reconnu et je suis obligé de le modifier en <? blablabla; ?> pour que ce le soit, j'ai cru que c'était un problème de magic_quote mais avec php 7.0 celles ci n'existent plus comment faire pour ne pas avoir a modifier toutes mes sources .php et que cela fonctionne?

L'instruction <?php blablabla; ?> C'est pas très clair, le code d'erreur au complet serait un plus quand même !!

Bah n'importe quelle instruction en php! d'ailleurs c'est l'inverse en fait : si par exemple ma page index.php commence par :

Je ne comprend pas j'aais eu ce problème sous une version plus ancienne de php et le problème venait des magic_quotes a mettre sur on mais la je ne comprend pas puisque la doc php dit expressément que ca n'existe plus les magic_quotes...

Quel est la valeur de la directive short_open_tag dans ton fichier php.ini ? Normalement c'est l'inverse qui devrait se produire : le code entre <? ?> ne devrait pas être interprété.

Non tu dois avoir dans ton php.ini :
short_open_tag = Offet utiliser des balises <?php … ?>.
Sinon l'erreur que tu indiques n'a rien à voir avec short_open_tag :
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() Elle indique juste que ton script utilise une fonction obsolète qui n'existe plus en PHP 7.0 : http://php.net/manual/fr/function.mysql-connect.php

Ah oui en effet faut que je modifie toute la facon de se connecter à la base avec php 7.0... ca m'arrange pas vraiment tout ca...
Donc le souci de mes short_open_tag ca vient peut etre aussi du foutoir entre le code en php 5 et le serveur qui tourne en php 7..
Pourquoi dis tu que je ne ne dois pas activer les short_open_tag?
Je vais modifier tout ca et voir ce que ca donne, merci pour votre aide.
Pas de problème sans solutions, mettre [résolu] dans son premier post permet de rechercher plus facilement une solution... ;)

Parce que l'utilisation de <? …?> peut mettre le bazar si tu as des fichiers XML par exemple (<?xml … ?>). Il est donc préférable d'utiliser les balises complètes avec <?php

Ok, merci pour la réponse... donc si je comprend bien tout ce que j'ai fait en php 5 doit etre repris a zéro pour passer en php7? et il ne s'agit pas de faire un "rechercher et remplacer" vu que les fonctions ne sont pas les mêmes? je vais être obligé de tout reprendre?
Désolé pour ces question cons mais ca fait un bout de temps que j'ai pas fait de sites web et la je me retrouve un peu "gros jean comme devant " avec la totalité de mes codes qui ne fonctionnent plus... en local :'(
comment ca se passe du côté serveur? j'ai des sites chez online en mutualisé qui fonctionnent toujours mais ils sont encore avec php5 faut que je reprenne tout pour faire passer en php7 ?

Pas nécessairement tout. En fait surtout ce qui est en rapport avec mysql. Mais il est quand même utile de vérifier aussi un certain nombre de choses : http://php.net/manual/fr/migration70.php
A part ça, une bonne pratique est d'activer toutes les erreurs dans php.ini, au moins pour le développement :
error_reporting = E_ALL
...
display_errors = OnDu coup, l'utilisation de mysql_connect en php5 aurait généré un warning... Ça donne le temps d'y penser...

Merci Rufus pour ta doc je m'y plonge.. je crois qu'il va falloir que je me fasse un microsite utilisant mes bdd histoire de me faire une idée..
