[Résolu] Grub j' y comprend plus rien ! aidez moi svp

Je n' arrive pas a redémarrer Ubuntu et windows (erreur 22 + erreur 17)
J' ai séparé le / et le /home :
Voici les retours de : sudo fdisk -l

J' ai changé l' ordre de boot de mes HD dans le bios !
