Starting hotplug subsystem...
Bonjour !
J'ai essayé d'installer sur un deuxième disque dur.
Quand le système démarre, il se bloque sur :
Starting hotplug subsystem...
et puis plus rien ne se passe
Quelqu'un peut-il m'expliquer ce qu'il faut faire ?

Pour passer ce stade bloquant un petit CTRL+C fait généralement l'affaire par contre il faudrait voir ce qu'il se passe avec le disque pour que ça bloque.
Peux-tu nous donner le résultat de la commande dmesg?

effectivement CTRL+C, ça marche. Merci.
Cette fois-ci, j'accède à un bureau tout beau...
J'ai tapé la commande dmesg, ça m'a sorti tout un roman.
Le seul souci, c'est que la connection internet ne fonctionne pas, et que je n'arrive pas à viualiser les partitions Windows...donc, difficile de communiquer avec l'extérieur.
Mais bon, je vais bien finir par trouver.

Salut,
j'ai eu le même problème "hotplug...", mais bon c'était sur un portable. En fait, je galérais pour la gestion de l'énergie, et pareil le pc se bloquait à ce niveau. J'ai résolu ce problème en mettant exactement la commande qui va bien au niveau du boot de grub.
Du style (c'est un exemple) au démarrage, si je mettais "nolapic noacpi" ça bloquait. Mais si je mettais "nolapic pci=noacpi" ou "acpi=off" ça démarrait.
Rajoutes-tu une commande spéciale au niveau du boot de grub? le problème vient peut être d'ici.

J'ai tapé la commande dmesg, ça m'a sorti tout un roman.
Si tu pouvais copier coller ce roman entre balises [ code ] et [ /code ](sans les espaces)on verrais peut-être ce qui le dérrange
... enfin peut-être.

Idem pour moi... sauf que le clavier aussi est bloqué donc impossible de faire un CTRL+C !
J'ai testé avec une install et un live CD, symptomes identiques...
