problème de dual boot (résolu)
Bonjour, mon pc boot directement sur ubuntu. Aucune trace de windows xp. URL bootinfo paste.ubuntu.com/7432571/
Que faire étant novice avec linux ?

Bonjour et merci pour vos réponses.
Bien essayé réparation boot-repair, mais sans résultat.
Autre solution, avec les CD windows XP, impossible car
illisible !!!
Après réinstallation windows version 7, je me prépare ce soir à
faire un nouvel essai d’installation Ubuntu en dual boot.
Je me baserai sur le tuto video du présent site en le visualisant
au fur et à mesure sur un pc portable. Reprendrai contact
demain si problème.

Ce tuto Vidéo date de 2009. Je pense qu'il est convenable mais ce que tu verras à l'écran ne ressemblera pas à ce que tu verras dans la vidéo parce que l'installateur de Ubuntu a changé depuis 2009. Je te conseille plutôt la doc de notre site : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/cohabitation_ubuntu_windows

Bonsoir lepine,
... et si tu répondais aux questions de malbo et détaillais un peu tes diverses manipulations, au lieu de re-re-installer Windows + Linux à chaque plantage ? Une fois l'installation faite, quelqu'un pourra sans doute t'aider à réparer ce qui ne va pas, mais aide-nous à t'aider, dis-nous ce qui cloche, les messages d'erreurs que tu rencontres, s'il y en a, et fais les manipulations qui te sont conseillées et donne les réponses aux questions / commandes qui te sont posées / proposées.
Bonne continuation d'installation.
Plus de 50 ans d'informatique, ça en fait des lignes de commandes en console, mais on n'avait pas le choix...
Excellente raison pour, aujourd'hui qu'on le peut, utiliser au maximum les INTERFACES GRAPHIQUES !
Important : Une fois le problème solutionné, pensez à clore votre sujet en ajoutant [Résolu] devant le titre du 1er message, et un bref récapitulatif de la solution à la fin de celui-ci. Merci.

Le démarrage de l'ordinateur a été correctement réparé.
Vous pouvez maintenant redémarrer votre ordinateur.
Les fichiers de démarrage de [L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 12.04 LTS] sont loin du début du disque. Votre BIOS pourrait ne pas les détecter. Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. Puis sélectionnez cette partition via l'option [Partition /boot séparée :] de [Réparateur de démarrage]. (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)
Comme c'était le cas dans ton Boot-Info que j'ai collé dans le post #3, ton install est correcte et tu devrais pouvoir démarrer Windows depuis le menu Grub. Je crois comprendre que ton problème, c'est que le menu Grub n'est pas visible au démarrage (*) aussi je te propose d'essayer cette astuce : http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.ph … #p11447371
(*) ça doit être un problème d'affichage qui se produit avec certaines cartes graphiques : au lieu de voir le menu Grub, tu as un écran noir pendant 10 secondes puis ça démarre par défaut sur la première ligne du menu (invisible)
