[RÉSOLU] Pb resolution nvidia fx 5600Go

Salut je suis nouveau dans le monde Ubuntu mais je commence à bien aimer ca.
Je vous explique rapidement la situation.

Après l'install d'Ubuntu, j'allais dans les options de résolution via Poste de travail->conf systeme->résolution ecran, j'avais différentes possibilités mais qui ne convenais pas à moi et à mon écran.
Petite précision, je suis sur un portable hp zd7045.
Donc j'avais des résolutions du type 1400*1200 ou des trucs dans le genre.
Or mon portable à pour résolution max 1440*900 (oui c pas commun mais c du 17" 16/10)

En bon petit, je suis aller dans le guide de démarrage d'ubuntu.
J'ai fait l'install des driver nvidia comme ct noté, pas de pb.

Mais maintenant, je n'ai que les choix des résolutions suivantes:
1024*768
800*600
640*480
le tout à une fréquence unique de 60Hz

Quand je vais vérifier dans le fichier /etc/x11/XF86Config-4 voilà pourtant ce que j'ai:

Ca c le fichier au complet, j'ai essayé en rajoutant du modeline, mais ca ne veux pas marcher.
Ya aucun changement à chacune de mes modifs, à se demander si il va bien le lire se fichier XF86Config-4!?

Ca y est je lai eu:
je suis en résolution 1440*900
pour l'instant je n'ai le choix que du 60Hz en rafraichissement.
Mais bon,je suis bien content.

J'ai rajouté:
Option         "IgnoreEDID"          "true"
dans
Section "Device"
    Identifier    "NVIDIA Corporation NV31M [GeForce FX Go 5600]"

et changer les valeurs de HorizSync, VertRefresh par celle de personnes qui avait la même config (pour être en adéquation avec le modeline).
En gros maintenant j'ai ca (pour en faire profiter les autres)
