Webcam détectée, fonctionne seulement avec Camorama et VLC
Bonjour,
Je m'occupe du PC d'une amie et j'ai un problème avec la webcam intégrée. Après avoir longtemps cherché et bidouillé et installé les drivers et toussa, le meilleur résultat que j'obtienne est :
-webcam détectée et fonctionne avec Camorama et VLC
-écran noir avec Cheese, mais le voyant s'allume, et l'image n'apparaît que si on change la résolution (par exemple en passant à 320×240, quitte à repasser après 640×480) comme si le fait de demander au logiciel de s'occuper de la résolution lui faisait s'apercevoir qu'il y a bien une webcam
-écran noir avec Skype, et je n'ai rien trouvé à faire (ce qui est embêtant, puisque mon amie se sert beaucoup de Skype)
J'espère que quelqu'un pourra m'aider, j'ai déjà trouvé plusieurs posts à ce sujet autant en français qu'en anglais, mais aucune solution.

Bonjour,
Ouvre un terminal et lance la commande:
gstreamer-propertiesDans la fenêtre du sélecteur de système multimédia, va dans l'onglet Multimédia et clique sur le bouton Test dans la rubrique Entrée par défaut.
Si la caméra te donne une image, c'est qu'elle fonctionne (et à mon avis, elle fonctionne) et que c'est Skype qui n'est pas bien configuré.
OS: Ubuntu 24.04 64 bits + Windows 11 64 bits en dualboot (BIOS UEFI, Secure Boot activé et table de partitions GPT)
PC portable HP 17-CP0308NF Processeur: AMD Ryzen 7 5700U avec carte graphique AMD Lucienne intégrée au processeur. Mémoire vive: 16 Go RAM
Quand vous ne trouvez pas la solution à un problème, cherchez des pistes menant à la solution !

Merci pour ta réponse.
J'ai oublié de préciser que j'avais déjà testé Gstreamer. Je sélectionne "vidéo pour Linux (v4l2)", puis "test", et effectivement lw webcam s'affiche (mais pas avec les autres champs, comme "test d'entrée" ou "personnalisé").
Je rappelle qu'il n'y a pas que Skype qui ne fonctionne pas, mais aussi Cheese. Au démarrage, l'image et noire, et ne s'active que si on bidouille la résolution, ce qui me suffirait comme bidouillage si je pouvais le faire avec Skype (quoique ça n'est pas élégant), mais n'est malheureusement pas possible.
