imprimante ricoh

Bonjour à tutti,
Avant de franchir la dernière étape de mon ubuntisation intégrale , je branche mes imprimantes et je fais des essais. Pour l'Epson no souçaïlles, mais pour la Ricoh aficio GX3000 ubuntu la reconnait (il me met son nom dans "impreesion") mais je ne peux pas imprimer. J'ai bien compris que claquer des doigts n'arrangera rien...alors? que dois je essayer avant de renoncer et de devoir garder Vist...beurk, je peux pas le dire......
