[résolu]bureau 3D, problème avec beryl.petite question avant suicide

Bonjour à tous.

Voilà, je suis un nouvel utilisateur de Ubuntu et ce depuis vendredi. J'ai décidé de mettre windows à la place qu'il merite, c'est à dire la benne à ordure. Mais voilà, j'ai quelques soucis. J'essaye d'installer béryl depuis cet après midi, et j'ai quelques difficultés.

J'ai une Geforce 7950 GT 512mo. J'ai les drivers propriétaires installés, et l'accelération graphique activée. J'ai suivi la doc pour béryl et tout ce qui va avec, mais rien n'y fait. J'ai cherché seul tout l'après midi, mais là...

Avec la commande beryl --test-only, voilà ce que j'obtiens.

Quand je vais dans Applications>outils systeme>Nvidia x server setting, j'ai ça dans GLX informations

Et avec glxinfo | grep "direct rendering", voilà a quoi j'ai droit

supprime cette ligne de la section device ( carte graphique "

il faut la mettre dans screen

je te passe mon xorg si ca peut t'eclairer ..

bon ben j'ai essayé aussi, en mettant la ligne dans screen, mais ça me met les mêmes messages. j'ai testé 2 ou 3 modifs en me basant sur ton xorg.conf, mais j'obtiens le même résultat.

j'ai les drivers 100.14.11 de nvidia.

Edit: euh...tu viens de me mettre un gros doute là en fait...

pourquoi ne pas avoir installé les drivers des depots ??

je connais pas trop ta carte mais je pense que c'est les nvidia-glx-new puisque c'est une carte 7900

tu as installé les drivers proposés sur le site nvidia ?

non je dit une connerie, j'ai les drivers des dépots. j'avais essayé les 100.14.11 mais j'ai laissé tombé.
j'ai les nvidia-glx-new, les 1.0-9755. j'avais essayé avec les 1.0-9631 au cas ou mais ça marche pas non plus.

Bon j'ai resolu mon problème tout seul!
J'ai trouvé la solution en lisant mon dernier post

j'avais essayé les 100.14.11 mais j'ai laissé tombé.
j'ai les nvidia-glx-new, les 1.0-9755. j'avais essayé avec les 1.0-9631

J'ai installé, installé, installé....installé....

Du coup j'ai tout viré pour repartir sur du propre, j'ai mis les drivers-glx-new...et miracle! plus de messages d'erreur!

Maintenant mon problème, c'est que je suis perdu. beryl est bien lancé et tout, mais quand je fais les touches de raccourcis, pour le bureau en cube, enfin tout quoi, ben ça fait....rien du tout...

EDIT: c'est bon j'ai résolu mon problème comme un grand! merci quand même à vous!
