Driver Proprio Nvidia et 1152x864

Bonjour,

J'ai une petite question qui me chagrine là !
Parvenez vous a régler votre écran en 1152x864 avec les drivers proprio nvidia ( paquet nvidia-glx ) ?
Je suis sous Kubuntu 7.04 et lorsque je laisse le driver d'origine ( driver "nv" ), je peux sans souci appliquer cette résolution.
Dès que je passe sur le driver proprio ( driver "nvidia" ) plus moyen d'accéder à cette résolution !
Le pire c'est que les résolution supérieures passent sans problème !

Quelqu'un a une idée ?

Salut,

En ayant laissé cette résolution dans xorg.conf et en utilisant le pilote nVidia, démarre une session X.

Ensuite il faut vérifier les messages dans

kdesu kate /var/log/Xorg.0.log

Pense à coller le contenu entre balises Code.

Désolé pour la réponse tardive, j'ai pas dû activer la notification par mail, du coup je pensais que personne n'avait répondu !
J'ai donc bien remis le driver nvidia dans mon xorg.conf ( que je collerais plus bas à titre d'info ), et voici donc le résultat de ta commande :

Dans la documentation technique de ton Sony SDM-S81, on peut lire

Horizontal: 28kHz to 92kHz
Vertical: 48Hz to 85Hz

alors que tu as indiqué

HorizSync       31-70
        VertRefresh     55-120

On constate aussi que la résolution maximale est 1280x1024. Je pense que tu devrais plutôt utiliser cette dernière.

Fait les modifications et relance ton serveur X avec

Ctrl + Alt + backspace

. Ensuite dis ce que ça donne.
