[Résolu]rafraichissement
bonjour a tous,
j'aimerais ajouter des frequences de rafraichissement a mon xorg.conf.Parceque y en a pas quand je fais par "resolution d'ecran", enfin je ne peux depasser le 55 htz.
je vous colle mon xorg.conf et le pilote a ete installé par le gestionaire de pilotes proprietaires.
J'avais bien essayé hier de les mettre mes valeurs de rafraichissements mais malheureusement aps reussis.

Salut,
Je présuppose que la version d'Ubuntu que tu utilises est Feisty Fawn (7.04).
Tout d'abord, installer le pilote nvidia en passant par le gestionnaire de pilote propiétaire t'installe le nvidia-glx. Celui-ci fonctionne pour ta carte, mais ce n'est pas le plus récent, ni le plus performant dans ton cas : nvidia 7300 SE.
Il faut donc, dans un terminal désinstaller le pilote actuel avec
sudo apt-get remove nvidia-glx
puis installer le pilote plus récent par
sudo apt-get install nvidia-glx-new
Ceci fait, relance le serveur graphique (alias serveur X) par : CTRL + ALT + retour (backspace)
Après avoir effectué les modifications et t'être reconnecté, passe cette commande dans un terminal
sudo gedit /var/log/Xorg.0.log
et colle le contenu entre balises Code afin que l'on puisse voir les erreurs restantes.
A+
[EDIT] Pense à donner les référence et marque et ton écran.

pour installer le nouveau pilote c'est la bonne commande, aprceque le remove me gene un peu
il y a l'univers et la connerie humaine qui sont infinis.mais sur l'univers j'ai un doute....

Pour moi, tout est OK. Le seul message signalant quelque chose est
(WW) NVIDIA(0): Option "AddARGBVisuals" is not used
Cela indique que l'option citée n'est pas utilisée et que tu peux donc l'enlever de xorg.conf.
Tu dois maintenant pouvoir utiliser le 1280x1024 comme indiqué

(II) NVIDIA(0): "1024x768"
(II) NVIDIA(0): "832x624"

et tu peux donc l'enlever de toutes les lignes commençant par Modes.

D'après sa fiche technique, cet écran supporte 1280x1024 en 75 Hz.
Regardes donc du côté de nvidia-settings. Si tu n'as pas de raccourci dans le menu (je ne sais plus dans lequel ), utilises le terminal ou, mieux dans ce cas, ALT + F2 et entres y nvidia-settings.
J'arrête la pour aujourd'hui, mais je jette un oeil demain pour suivre.:cool:

Tu peux essayer, mais auparavant, sauvegarde ton xorg.conf avec
sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup
Ceci te permettra de restaurer en passant la commande inverse dans le cas ou nvidia-settings mettrait le "bocson" dans ton fichier de config.

ouai bon ça a foutu le boxon dans mon fichier vive la restauration huhu.
Ceci dit je vais voir pour mettre les frequences manuellement dans le fichierxorg.conf :D
en tout cas merci beaucoup de ta patience

Comme ton écran est un écran plat, l'affichage en fréquence basse n'e doit pas vraiment être génant ?
Si tu veux tenter de forcer les fréquences, cherches modlines dans la documentation du fourm.:cool:
