[Problème]Ecran noir au lancement de Feisty, mais juste au lancement.

Bonsoir à tous et à toutes.

Voici le problème qui est en train de mordiller petit à petit ma patience depuis quelques heures (on est d'accord je n'y connais rien.)
J'ai pas trouvé en cherchant sur le forum et la documentation, donc je me permets d'ouvrir un topic.

Au lancement de Feisty, après Grub,  j'ai les première lignes habituelles qui s'affichent, puis écran noir, avec la mention de la part de mon écran "En dehors de la plage"
Puis une fois Ubuntu chargé, et le xorg lancé, c'est bon je récupère une image digne de ce nom et tout marche. Pas de souci d'affichage non plus en mode console.
Par contre je retrouve le "en dehors de la plage" quand je quitte Ubuntu.

Je viens de faire la double migration Dapper->Edgy puis Edgy->Feisty.

Lors de ma première installation sous Dapper, j'avais le même problème, en plus d'un xorg invisible. Les deux ont été résolus en installant les pilotes Ati (fglrx).

Lorsque je suis passé sur Edgy, je me trouvais dans la situation actuelle, lancement invisible mais xorg ok.
Je me suis dit pas grave, tant que ça marche, ce sera peut être mieux sur Feisty.
Arrivé sur Feisty, lancement invisible et xorg invisible.
Du coup, je désinstalle les drivers fglrx, et je passe en drivers libres radeon. Je récupère le xorg. Mais toujours pas le lancement. Voilà où j'en suis.

Ma configuration
Dual boot Windows/Feisty Fawn sur PC tatoué (Packard Bell)
Carte Graphique : Ati Radeon 9200 Series
Ecran : Ecran LCD IISonic.

J'imagine que c'est plutôt un problème d'écran et pas de xorg, mais bon je vous copie quand même mon xorg :

Voilà, donc si vous aviez une solution ou autre je suis preneur. Enfin sachant que je n'y connais rien, et que tout ce que je demande à Ubuntu c'est de me lancer Firefox et Xchat.
Après c'est pas urgent, et pas réellement gênant puisque ça marche. C'est juste que ce serait plus plaisant sans cet écran noir.

Bonjour,

ouvrir une session texte en appuyant sur [Alt+Ctrl+F1] puis taper :

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

pour refaire la configuration de xorg ou

sudo nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf

pour remplacer "radeon" par "vesa" dans la section device ...

ensuite appuyer [Alt+Ctrl+Del] pour redémarrer ...

Merci, mais...
Si je refais la configuration du xorg en sélectionnant les pilotes ati, je me retrouve dans le cas initial, xorg ok mais lancement invisible. (Sauf que je dois pas avoir les pilotes libres si j'ai bien compris)
Si je le fais en sélectionnant vesa, ou alors que je fais la manip dans le fichier de configuration, de passer le driver en vesa, j'ai aussi un écran noir lors du lancement du xorg.
Et mon lancement est toujours invisible. Les deux morts, j'ai pas l'impression d'avoir gagné quelque chose.
J'ai donc remis mon xorg initial.

Bon j'ai fait la manip pour voir le détails du démarrage sur Grub. Ici

Du coup, c'est déjà un peu plus acceptable, je vois qu'il avance lors du chargement.
Enfin, je reste toujours à la recherche de la solution pour avoir le logo et la barre.

Donc si ça peut venir de Grub, voici le contenu de menu.lst de /boot/grub/
