configuration de beryl avec les cartes ati ==> besoin d'aide
salut a tous! donc hier j'ai tenté de mettre beryl sur mon ubuntu 6.10 en utilisant ce tutorial : http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/applications/beryl
mais le probleme c'est qu'au moment ou je suis arrivé a cette étape : Pour les cartes ATI
Driver libre RADEON

Ajoutez les options qui boostent dans votre xorg.conf (sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf) dans les sections Modules et Device:
j'ai du faire une fausse manip et en rebootant je n'avai plus d'interface graphique et j'ai du réoinstaller tout mon system donc est ce que vous pourrirez me dire si les modifications sont bonnes :

1) tu charges deux fois tous tes modules
2) tu as deux section "Device" a fusionner (il n'y a pas de device dans la seconde)
3) pour tester, vire toutes les options de ta carte graphique, ca marche de toute facon tres bien sans (j'ai jamais senti la difference)

si je comprends bien il faut que je fusionne les catéguories
mais qu'est ce que tu veux dire par : tu charges deux fois touts tes modules ?
comment je fais pour virer toutes les options de ma carte graphique ?

Maintenant tu as tous tes modules en double (tu as remarqué que c'etaient les memes ?)

Quand tu affiches des listings dans tes messages, sélectionne ces lignes et clique sur le bouton Code.
Tu peux tester ça dans le forum Éphémère si tu veux.

je fais des doublons parce que deja ca appartient a plusieurs catéguories et qu'en plus personne ne me répond ca fait plus de 10 heures que je suis dessus !
donc j'aimerai franchement un coup de main svp

Bon, hormis le fait que tu n'as rien a exiger et que ton ton est un peu lourd, la reponse a ton probleme est :

c'est ce qui manque a la fin de ton xorg. J'espere que cette satisfaction rapide (10 heures d'attente pour avoir la 3D, quel enfer ) t'aideras a etre plus poli la prochaines fois.

Si c'est au sujet des tablettes wacom, ce n'est pas grave.

apparement tu utilise "ati" comme driver choisis plutôt "radeon"
c'est dans :
