[Résolu] Editer grub pour booter sur windows par defaut ?

Salut, j'aimerais modifier mon menu.lst afin que mon pc boot automatiquement sur windows au lieu de ubuntu, mais je ne sais pas exactement quelles lignes sont à modifier.

Pourriez vous m'aider ?

Voici mon menu.lst actuel :

Enlève les lignes savedefault sauf celle de Windows.
Ensuite en haut tu trouveras une ligne 

default		4 (ou un autre numéro)

et tu remplaces par

default		saved

et voila

Là je t'avoues que je ne sais pas. Tu es sûr que c'est la bonne version de grub qui est installée ?

Tu as redémarré sous windows ? et tu as redémarré une nouvelle fois pour essayer (2 fois donc) et cette nouvelle fois la machine doit lancer windows, même si l'ordre de boot dans le menu ne change pas.

Si ça ne fonctionne pas, vérifier qu'il y a bien un fichier default dans /boot/grub mais ne pas le modifier à la main.

Merci pour ta remaque.
Effectivement je perds l'info du grub. Pour solutionné betement cela j'avais sauvegardé mon premier fichier, et ensuite je fais un copier coller. Un peu bidouille , donc je fais faire plus pro.

Il n'y a pas de problème. Le plus dur étant de trouver une solution.

si ta ligne pour windows se retrouve entre les ##defaults et ##automagick kernel, au prochain update de ton noyau, et donc de grub, tout sera à refaire wink
cette partie est automatiquement mise à jour lors des updates du noyau.

le menu pour windows doit se retrouver avant ##defaults ou après ##automagick kernel, comme dans ton exemple

Effectivement, après avoir booté manuelement sur windows ca fonctionne parfaitement big_smile

Si un jour tu décides de remettre ubuntu en choix de boot par défaut, il faudra rajouer savedefault dans le title ubuntu (et éventuellement supprimer # celui de windows).

C'est bien entendu la meilleure solution pour éviter les inconvénients relevés par bapoumba en cas d'utilisation de l'autre solution.
