Impossible d'activer le bluetooth

Bonjour,
J'ai récemment acheté un nouveau PC sur lequel j'ai installé Ubuntu à côté de windows, et le bluetooth fonctionne sur windows mais non sur Ubuntu. J'ai essayé d'aller checker la documentation, mais je n'y comprends pas forcément grand chose et je ne sais pas vers où m'orienter pour résoudre ce problème.
Mon ordinateur est un Acer Aspire A315-44P et la version d'Ubuntu est la 24.04.1 LTS.
J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider à résoudre ce problème parce que le bluetooth c'est quand même bien pratique !

Si tu ne trouves pas de solution dans > [Tuto] Pas de Bluetooth ? Quelques solutions,

il faudra fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; sudo dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; sudo dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth

dpkg -l | grep blue

rfkill list all

sudo service bluetooth status | cat
