WiFi capricieux et sélectif !
Bonjour,
Depuis une mise à jour compliquée vers Ubuntu 24.04, j'ai un problème de connectivité. La mise à jour a été compliquée parce que j'ai perdu la connexion pendant la mise à jour, et le desktop n'a donc pas pu s'installer.
J'ai réussi (avec l'aide d'un cousin plus calé que moi) à retrouver une connexion, en forçant l'arrêt de network manager notamment (mais j'avoue ne plus avoir tous les détails en tête) à retrouver de la connexion, et donc à reprendre et terminer ma mise à jour.
Mon ordinateur fonctionne maintenant très bien, sauf qu'il y a encore des soucis de connectivité :
la connexion filaire RJ45 n'est même plus reconnue, et le wifi, s'il fonctionne très bien avec ma freebox, ne fonctionne plus avec le partage de connexion de mon téléphone ou avec le wifi du boulot.
Quand je sélectionne mon téléphone dans la liste des réseaux wifi, l'onglet wifi des paramètres disparaît une seconde puis réapparaît, et le wifi redémarre.
J'ai tenté (entre autres) un sudo apt upgrade, un sudo apt reinstall network-manager, mais sans succès.
J'ai hésité à poster dans le sous-forum wifi puisque j'ai aussi un souci avec la connectivité filaire (quand je branche le câble, il ne se passe rien), mais je pense que tout ceci est très lié.

J'ai enfin résolu le problème à l'aide de Varunendra sur le forum anglophone. Tu étais très proche de la solution, il fallait finalement remplacer le contenu du fichier (et pas ajouter à la fin comme je l'ai fait). Et il fallait aussi modifier un paramètre concernant l'utilisation simultanée du Wifi et du Bluetooth dans mon cas. Voici la manipulation exacte que j’ai utilisée :echo "options iwlwifi bt_coex_active=N swcrypto=1 11n_disable=1" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.confA priori, le paramètre "swcrypto" ne semble avoir aucune incidence sur ma connexion, mais je le laisse par simple précaution.
