[Résolu] Migration grive, inutile : rclone fait le travail 22.04
Bonjour à tous,
J'ai deux versions de Ubuntu installées sur ma machine : 16.04 et 22.04.
Sur la 16.04, j'avais installé en 2021 le logiciel grive (permet de synchroniser des dossiers avec le Drive Google), fonctionne très bien.
Je n'arrive pas à l'installer sur la 22.04, il semble en effet que les paquets ne soient plus présents là où je les avais trouvés la première fois.
Plus précisément, la procédure d'installation prise sur ce site est la suivante :
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install griveVoici le résultat de cette procédure sur ma 16.04, semble fonctionner mais ne réinstalle pas grive car déjà là :

E: Impossible de trouver le paquet griveEt donc question : est-il possible de transférer ce logiciel grive de la 16.04 vers la 22.04 ? Peut-être en le copiant manuellement (mais je ne sais pas faire), ou en retrouvant les ppa sur la 16.04 (mais je ne sais pas faire non plus).
Toute aide sera la bienvenue.

En même temps quand on va vérifier le dépôt en question on voit clairement qu'en effet il n'existe pas pour la 22.04... il va donc falloir... Soit utiliser le dépôt d'une autre version ce qui est rarement une bonne idée soit changer de crèmerie...
Nb : si je ne m'abuse la gestion des comptes en ligne de gnome fait très bien le boulot niveau accès (directement via nautilus)... Après suffirait d'y appliquer n'importe quel outil de synchro...

En effet Qid, on dirait bien que le dépôt n'existe pas pour 22.04, mais je ne vois pas où c'est mentionné dans le lien que tu donnes.
Je ne suis pas contre changer de crèmerie, mais j'avais déjà fait le tour des possibilités et jeté mon dévolu sur grive car c'était à peu près le seul que j'étais arrivé à faire fonctionner. Il me faut juste une procédure simple pour envoyer sur mon drive un dossier (et pas dans l'autre sens). Je vais explorer la possibilité Gnome Online Account.
Et pour tester, comment pourrais-je tenter d'utiliser le dépôt de la 16.04 sur la 22.04 ?

Le ppa nilarimogard était considéré comme toxique, par nam1962.
Et pour info > github.com/Grive/grive

Bon, j'arrive à monter mon Drive via Gnome Online Account.
Maintenant pour la synchronisation, j'ai un dossier local sur lequel je travaille régulièrement, et je voudrais créer une procédure simple qui l'envoie sur le Drive pour sauvegarde. Je crois que rsync pourrait faire l'affaire ?

En effet... Et pour info si tu ne le maîtrise pas regarde sa version graphique que perso j'utilise beaucoup : non seulement il saura faire le boulot mais en plus il donnera la ligne de commande rsync qu'il utilise

Après quelques essais : Gnome Online Accounts fonctionne très bien pour accéder au drive en mode graphique, le drive s'intègre à l'explorateur de fichier sans souci.
En revanche faire des synchronisations automatiques entre les fichiers locaux et le drive avec rsync, ou grsync, parait délicat. Lors d'une synchronisation local->distant, rsync efface et recopie tous les fichiers, même ceux qui n'ont pas changé.
Pas sûr du tout mais je crois que c'est le cryptage bizarre des noms de fichier sur le drive Google qui pose des problèmes à rsync.
Bref, j'ai tenté rclone et ça fonctionne impeccable pour ce que je veux : prendre un dossier local et l'envoyer sur le drive pour sauvegarde.
