[résolu] emergency mode
Bonjour,
J'ai à m'occuper de l'ordi de ma soeur (18.04 mate) qui se met à emergency mode juste après l'apparition du logo mate lors de l'allumage.
Il y a bien une option recovery mode dans la liste ; quand je la lance, on peut visionner les différentes options mais les flèches du clavier utiles pour sélectionner les réparations sont inactives ou bien déclenchent des trucs bizarres...
J'ai bien vu des sujets à propos de cet emergency mode (problème de disque HS et autre)
J'ai par exemple lancé une clé live USB ; elle fonctionne parfaitement ; j'ai testé l'état du disque qui "est sain".
Avant de lancer une nouvelle installation, je me permets de demander quelques conseils à propos de tests à faire qui pourraient orienter un diagnostic.

Le boot-info ne permet pas de faire un diagnostic
Dans un tel contexte Je te propose de faire une photo du plantage et de la poster sur un site de partage*

ou de décrire le mieux possible ce qui est affiché.
La première réparation à tenter est de booter en mode recovery avec le noyau moins 1 ou moins deux

You are inemergency mode. After logging in, type « journalctl -xb » to view system logs, « systemctl reboot » to reboot, « systemctl1 default » or "exit" to boot into default mode.
Appuyez sur Entrée pour la maintenance
(ou appuyez sur Ctrl et D pour continuer) :si je fais Ctrl D ça me remet la même chose
Si je fais Entée j'ai une ligne supplémentaire qui apparait :
root@kiki-ordi:~#et le curseur qui clignote
- Si je lance un recovery mode, je choisis une version la plus ancienne des 3 qui me sont proposées, une liste s'affiche (resume, clean, dpkg, grub, etc) mais l'utilisation des flèches (clavier) qui permettent normalement de sélectionner une ligne ne fonctionnent pas ou bien de façon tellement capricieuse qu'il est impossible de lancer quelque chose...

Lorsque tu as ce message, au lieu de frapper la commande qui t'est proposée ( journalctl -xb )
qui va donner des lignes et des lignes, je te propose de frapper une commande plus longue mais donnant une réponse plus courte
journalctl -b -p errPuis
Soit tu recopies le mieux possible la réponse pour la mettre dans le forum.

Il ne te reste plus qu'à frapper la commande
fsck /dev/disk/by-uuid/a360595d-e778-4ef1-8f14-0272a692de70et répondre du mieux possible aux questions posées
probablement y à chaque fois
Tu devrais pouvoir abréger la commande comme cela

La partition est certainement celle qui héberge le répertoire home et il y a probablement eu un arrêt anormal de l'ordinateur en appuyant sur la touche power/off
