Sélection d'un fichier [RESOLU]

Bonjours à tous,

J'ai un soucis avec la commande suivante :

ls /home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_*/taxo_*.fma

et me sors ceci :

/home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_235/taxo_235.fma     
/home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_33993/taxo_33993_nuc.fma
/home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_235/taxo_235_nuc.fma  
/home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_909929/taxo_909929.fma
/home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_33993/taxo_33993.fma  
/home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_909929/taxo_909929_nuc.fma

Ceci m'embète car je cherche uniquement à travailler sur les fichiers suivants :

taxo_235.fma
taxo_33993.fma
taxo_909929.fma

donc il faudrait modifier ma ligne de commande pour que les fichiers suivants ne soient PAS pris en compte:

taxo_235_nuc.fma
taxo_33993_nuc.fma
taxo_909929_nuc.fma

Une idée ?

ls /home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_*/taxo_*[0-9].fma

Ajouté :
Ou bien

ls /home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_*/taxo_*[!c].fma

Ceci devrait fonctionner ...

ls /home/Partage/PanGeneHome2/seqtest/taxo_*/taxo_*.fma | grep -v "nuc"

Si c'est bon, ajoute [Résolu] dans ton titre
