conflit PPA pour tux guitar

Bonjour, je suis débutant en informatique, j'ai ubuntu studio. Lorsque j'ai eu besoin d'un logiciel, quelqu'un m"a donné un lien vers un PPA ( kx studio) . Or je n'avais pas compris la manip qu'on m'indiquait alors et j'ai simplement copier coller les instructions. J'ai obtenu mon ardour 4.

J'avais tux guitar sans le son et j'ai bidouillé pour le mettre . J'ai voulu ensuite la dernière version et j'ai buté sur le téléchargement hors synaptic. Je découvre les .deb et installe la dernière version de tux que je n'obtenais pas par synaptic.

Pour autant on me demande tous les jours des mises à jour ( provenant de kx studio) qui boulverse les réglages de mon tux guitar obtenu lui donc sur le site officiel.

Du coup que faire  pour faire cohabiter les deux ppa et télécharger les mises seulement de l'un en supprimant les mises à jour de kx studio?

Je viens de faire les mises à jour: elles m'ont supprimé le port midi gervil

Salut

Celui qui t'a conseillé ce PPA t'a donné un mauvais conseil : il peut être utile ponctuellement pour installer un logiciel, mais ensuite il faut le désactiver, sinon tous les paquets du PPA qui existent sur Ubuntu Studio vont être mis à jour en version KXStudio, et tu vas te retrouver avec un système hybride Ubuntu Studio/KXStudio, avec peut-être des conflits de configuration.
À mon avis c'est exactement ce qui t'est arrivé... et pour revenir en arrière ça va être compliqué...

Port MIDI gervil ? tu veux dire quoi par là ? Que tu ne vois plus les ports MIDI de ta carte son dans Jack ?

Bonjour et merci pour ta réponse.

Le hic c'est que ardour 4 un autre logiciel provient de ce ppa ( KX studio) et que mon nouveau tuxguitar provient du site officiel.

Peux tu m'aider d'ailleurs à comprendre cette liste de ppa . J'avoue ne rien comprendre .

Pourquoi n'installes-tu pas directement Kxstudio, plutôt que Ubuntu Studio + tout un tas de PPAs ? Parce que là, si tu as fait une mise à jour du système, en fait tu es désormais sur KXstudio...

Tous les fichiers contenus dans le dossier /etc/apt (et ses sous-dossiers) dont l'extension est .list, sont considérés comme des listes de dépôts. Le fichier sources.list est la liste des dépôts officiels Ubuntu.
Ceux de /etc/apt/sources.list.d sont des listes de dépôts tiers, dont plusieurs concernant kxstudio, un PPA pour lire le format vidéo h265 et un dépôt pour Google music manager...

Les fichiers .list.save ne sont que des sauvegardes, ils ne sont pas pris en compte.

Tu as une liste de dépôts qui est pour une ancienne version d'Ubuntu (Lucid 12.04), je pense que tu peux les supprimer :

sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian.list
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian.list.save
sudo apt-get update

Pour le reste je ne sais pas, je suppose que ce sont les dépôts normaux de kxstudio... comment les as-tu ajoutés ? as-tu suivi ces instructions ?
