blem de conexion via FTP

bonjour,
j'ai eu un petit problème sur ma connexion via FTP à  mon serveur web avant tous marchaient très bien jusqu'au vendredi dernier ou j'ai pas pu me connecter au serveur...
j'utilise gftp et le message qui met c'est :
Cannot connect to : xxx.xx.xx.xxx
Connection refused
vraiment je vois pas comment c'est arrivé!!!!!
j'ai tous mes utilisateur bien définit dans le fichier login.bd , je crois pas que c'est ca le problème
dernièrement j'ai installè firestarter pour gérer  mon par-feu et je vois bien qu'il y a une tentative de connexion sur ma machine mais sur l'autre bout j'arrive pas à  me connecter... merci pour l' aide.

-Oublie apache pour un problème de connexion FTP.
-Est ce que vsftpd est démarrré ? "sudo netstat -alpen --inet | grep 21"
-Quels sont les logs du serveur FTP ?

il y a que les protocoles UDP et TCP qui sont activés !!!
comment je peut ajouter la permission au protocole FTP??
en plus quand je fait un ps -A | grep vsftpd
je le trouve pas entre mes processus lancés, c'est normal ça??

Merci de ne pas signaler tes messages pour des raisons comme "urgent". Il n'y a pas de message plus urgent que les autres.

La fonction signaler sert à  signaler des problèmes.

Ton serveur FTP ne tourne pas.
- Qu'est ce que ca dit quand tu le demarre ?
- Quels sont les logs ?
- Quelle est ta conf ?

pour les logs j'ai un fichier login.db ou je gère toutes le connexions users and passwd

pour mon iptable je vois aucune règle pour FTP
