HorizSync dans XORG, une vraie galère...

Bonsoir,

Ma résolution est bloqué en 1024x768 alors que j'ai un widescreen et que, normalement, j'ai accès à des résolutions supérieures (d'ailleurs cette page d'ubuntu-fr est assez laide dans cette résolution, si ça peut aider un webmaster). Après maints essais et recherches, il semblerait que ma plage de fréquence de rafraichissement soit à spécifier dans le XORG. Je ne les connais malheureusement pas, les manuels des portables Acer étant très incomplets. Puis-je les connaître autrement?

Je suis sous Feisty avec un Acer Aspire 5101AWMLi (pas du tout "linux inside" le pc... j'en ferais un moi même la prochaine fois que j'achète du matos!)
