le programme est lancé deux fois (je ne sais pas pourquoi ni comment)

un fichier systemsettings se trouvait en trop dans le dossier
~/.kde/share/apps/systemsettings
suppression du dossier et retour à la normale 
dû sans doute à des manips avec l'ancien kde4 et passage de kde 3.5.10 à 4.2.2.
