[Résolu]Un coup de main pour mon xorg.conf (svp)
Je suis sous Edgy.(kubuntu)
Après une mise à jour du noyau pour passer de 2.17.10 à 2.17.11, je suis en galère totale avec les drivers Nvidia proprios . Que j' ai fini par réussir a réinstaller (je sais que il faut toujours juste derrière une mise à jour du kernel, réinstaller les pilotes pour sa carte graphique).
je veut reconfiguer mon xorg.conf pour le remettre en dual desktop .

Avec celui là mes deux écrans fonctionnent mais en bureau étendu.

Pourquoi n'utilises tu pas twinview ou le nvidia-settings pour l'affichage sur un second écran? C'est plus simple a configurer.

Mon X11
deux bureaux , 1 sur LCD et l'autre en sortie Tv
a adapter a ta config

Et bien parce qu' il ne mémorise pas mes réglages et que je dois recommencer à chaque fois que je reboot. Heu c 'est peut étre le twinview qui me conviendrai le plus.

A l'occasion si on pouvait me tuyauter sur la fréquence de rafraichissement , je suis bloqué à 54 Hz
et je suis pourtant sur de pouvoir aller plus haut avec mon ACER ( AL 171.6)

Pourquoi n'utilise tu pas l'interface graphique des driver nvidia ? (nvidia-settings)
(sinon pour info toutes les infos interessantes sur le driver nvidia peuvent être trouvées là -> http://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/L … index.html)

G bien pensé mais ; même aprés modif sur nvidia-settings de retour sur le bureau ( préférence ,Résolution de l'écran ) je ne retrouve pas la config que g mise en place avec nvidia-settings.
Donc moi plus rien comprendre ????

J' ai un message d' erreur avec le panneau "nvidia setting" :
The XRandR X extension was not found. This extension must be supported by the X server and enabled for display configuration settings to be dynamically applicable
Et cela quand je sélectionne le mode twinview.

Ces deux lignes sont a mettre en place pour utiliser BERYL , je crois que c pour pouvoir utiliser les bordures de fenêtre ( mais je ne suis pas sûr ) . je ne pense pas que sa change qlq chose à ton Blème .....

Moi g tj mon blème de fréquence de rafraichissement ( 50Hz ) si c le X11 qu'il faut que je retouche , je voudrai savoir quelles lignes et surtout les valeurs à changer voila , merci d'avance....

cela dépend de ton écran si c' est un LCD ce n' est pas trop grave si tu dépasse les valeurs de ton écran. Les LCD le craignent moin que les écrans à tube.

bon ben je le passe pas encore en résolu mais mon ancien xorg fonctionne bien là et en dual desktop.Par contre je le trouve un peut bordélique dans le texte ce xorg.conf
