Resolution de secours ???

Bonjour a tous

Voila je suis tous nouveau sous l'environnement de linux !!!
J'ai déjà eu quelques souci que j'ai réussi a régler mais la même avec l'aide que j'ai d'habitude tongue je n'arrive pas a trouver...

Enfet ma résolution d'écran et par défaut 1024*768 ( avec possibilité de changer dans le menu etc... aucun problème ) mais desfois quand je redémarre l'ordi la résolution passe a 800*600 avec possibilité de passer a 640*480 mais pas plus de choix... Je suis obliger de redémaré l'ordi pour soit être en 1024*768 soit être en 800*600 mais cet fois si avec la possibilité de choisir une autre résolution donc plus de choix qu'avant avoir redémarré... On ma dit que c'était une résolution de secours car Ubuntu n'arrive pas a allez plus haut a cause d'un problème rencontré...

J'ai donc reconfigurer le fichier Xorg en laissant que le 1024*768 de dispo mais bon cela ne change rien toujours le même problème defois sa le fait defois non...

Voila je m'excuse d'avance si le sujet a était traité mais je ne pas réellement trouvé des cas identique au mien mais plus souvent des gens qui sont bloquer sur une résolution quoi qu'il face se qui n'es pas mon cas comme cité plus haut....

salut,

M'est avis que si tu veux une éponse à ta question, il te faudrait rédiger celle-ci "plus mélior". On a une idée de ton problème plutôt floue. hmm

Entre autre, pour info, il n'y a même pas une virgule dans ton texte, ce qui le rend imbitable ! (Eh non ce n'est pas un "gros mot")

Juidelf : Ah bon, c'est donc pas un problème de résolution pour toi, mais un problème d'évacuation ;-)
La politesse n'est pas un vilain défaut, et on n'obtient pas forcément tout ce qu'on veut avec son Q !!!

matiouzz : Lorsque ton problème se représentera, peux tu poster ici le contenu de ton fichier /var/log/Xorg.0.log ? (Avant de rebooter, bien sûr)

j'ai exactement le meme probleme
Un coup ca redemarre normalement en 1024 * 768 et d'autres coup ca redemarre en 640
Habituellement au bout de quelques redemarrage j'arrive a revenir en reso normale mais depuis hier plus moyen d'obtenir la bonne réso

Il faudrait donc que tu sauvegardes ton xorg.conf sous un autre nom 

sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.old

Puis tu le recrée par la commande 

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

Quand tu as terminé, tu redémarres. Si c'est OK, reviens nous annoncer la bonne nouvelle, dans le cas contraire donnes nous ton nouveau xorg.conf.

Ce tuto, http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/materiel/fix_p … resolution peut bien aider dans le cas ou ton écran n'est pas bien reconnu

Recherchez dans ce fichier la section nommée "Monitor". Entre les lignes Section "Monitor" et EndSection, vous devriez voir apparaître deux lignes qui débutent par les mots HorizSync et VertRefresh. Si elles ne sont pas présentes, vous avez des chances que ce soit la raison de votre problème !
